01. ALLAH TA AALA KE HUQOOQ[RIGHTS OF ALLAH]
ALLAH TA’AALA KEY HUQOOQ:
Yeh haq tamam huqooq se ziyada zaroori aur sabsey barha hai, kyun k yeh is Allah Ta’aala ka haq hai jo khaaliq hai, Azeem hai, Malik hai, tamam tar umoor ki tadbeer karne wala hai, Badeshah ka haq sabse barha aur wazeh haq hai, wo zinda aur har cheez ko qayem rakhne wala hai, Sab asmaan o zameen Usi ki badaulat qayem hain, usi ne har cheez ko paida kiya , aur hikmat balighah se har cheez ka andazah kiya, is zaat ka haq jo tujhe adm se wujood mein laya jab k too koi qaabeel zikr cheez na tha, isi zaat ka haq jisme nematoun ke sath teri parwarish ki tu apni maa ke pait mein teen qism ke andheron mein tha, jahan makhluqat mein se koi bhi tujhe ghiza na pohanchasakta tha, na hi aisi ashiya pohanchasakta tha jo teri afzaish aur zindagi ko qayem rakhne waali ho, Isi ne maa ki chaatiyon mein wafar doodh utaraa , tujhe pustanoun ki raah dikhlae aur tere walidain ko tere liye musakhar banadiya, teri imadad ki aur tujhe tayar kiya…..Imdad nematoun, aqal aur faham ke sath ki aur tujhe un cheezon ko qubool karne aur unse faida uthaane ke liye tayar kiya.
وَ اللّٰہُ اَخۡرَجَکُمۡ مِّنۡۢ بُطُوۡنِ اُمَّہٰتِکُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ شَیۡئًا ۙ وَّ جَعَلَ لَکُمُ السَّمۡعَ وَ الۡاَبۡصَارَ وَ الۡاَفۡئِدَۃَ ۙ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَشۡکُرُوۡنَ ﴿۷۸﴾
“Aur Allah ne tumhe tumhaari maaoun ke batnoun se paida kiya jab ke tum kuch nahi jante the aur tumhaare liye kaan aur Ankhen aur dil banae taake tum shukar karo.”
[Sura Nahl: 16: 78]
Agar Allah Ta’aala Aankhen jhapakne tak ke waqfe ke liye apna fazal hataley tou too halak hojaey aur agar lamha bhar ke liye apni Rahemat roklen tou too zinda na rahe sake, jab tujhpar Alah ka itna fazal aur iski rahemat hai tou phir iska haq bhi sab huqooq se barha hai, kyun ke wo haq tujhe wajood mein laane, tumhe tayar karne aur Madad bahaim pohanchane ka haq hai, Allah tujhse na rizq mangta hai aur na khaana.
ؕ لَا نَسۡئَلُکَ رِزۡقًا ؕ نَحۡنُ نَرۡزُقُکَ ؕ وَ الۡعَاقِبَۃُ لِلتَّقۡوٰی ﴿۱۳۲﴾
“Hum tujhse rizq nahi mangtey, wo to hum khud tujhe dete hain aur (behetar) anjaam Taqwaa hi ka hai.
[Surah Taahaa:20: 132]
Allah tujhse sirf aik hi cheez chahata hai jiski maslihat teri tarf hi laut aati hai aur wo ye hainkeh tu us akele ki ibadat kare jiska koi shareek nahi.
وَ مَا خَلَقۡتُ الۡجِنَّ وَ الۡاِنۡسَ اِلَّا لِیَعۡبُدُوۡنِ ﴿۵۶﴾
مَاۤ اُرِیۡدُ مِنۡہُمۡ مِّنۡ رِّزۡقٍ وَّ مَاۤ اُرِیۡدُ اَنۡ یُّطۡعِمُوۡنِ ﴿۵۷﴾
اِنَّ اللّٰہَ ہُوَ الرَّزَّاقُ ذُو الۡقُوَّۃِ الۡمَتِیۡنُ ﴿۵۸﴾
“Aur mein ne jinnon aur insaanon ko paida hi isliye kiya hai keh wo meri ibadat kare, mein na unse Rizq chahata hoon aur na ye chahata hoon keh wo mjhe khaana khilayen , Allah hi khud rizq dene wala zor aawar aur mazbot hai.
[Surah Zariyat: 51 : 56-58]
Wo tujhse ye chahata hai keh ‘Aboodiyat(عبوديت) ke har ma’ana ke lehaz se tou uska banda banjae jaisey k ruboobiyat ke har ma’ine ke lehaz se wo tera parwardigar hai, Aisa banda jo iske samne zaleel aur ajiz ho, iske hukm ko bajalaney wala aur iski nahi(iskey manaa ki hui cheezoun ) se parhez karne wala aur iski khabr ki tasdeeq karne wala bandaaa ….. kyun k too apney aap par iski lagataar aur bharpoor nematein dekh raha hai, agar tu in nematon ke badle nashukri se dey tou kiya tujhe sharm na aegi?
Agar logoun mein se kisi ka tujhpar ehsaan hota tou , tu uski nafarmaani aur mukhalifat par utar aane se zarur sharmaata, phir apne parwardigar se tera mu’amila kaisa hai keh jo bhi Fazal tujhpar hua hai wo usi ka fazal hai, aur jo burai tujhse ruki hui hai tou usi ki rehmat se ruki hui hai.
وَ مَا بِکُمۡ مِّنۡ نِّعۡمَۃٍ فَمِنَ اللّٰہِ ثُمَّ اِذَا مَسَّکُمُ الضُّرُّ فَاِلَیۡہِ تَجۡئَرُوۡنَ ﴿ۚ۵۳﴾
“Aur jo bhi nematen tumhe muyasser hai, Wo Allah hi se hai phir jab tumhe koi dukh pohanche tou tum usi ki tarf zaari karte ho.”
Ye hai wo haq jisse Allah Ta’aala ne apne liye wajib kiya hai, ye bohat thora haq hai- aur jisse Allah Ta’aala toufeeq den uspar asaan hai, Allah Ta’aala ne usme na koi tangi rakhi hai aur na mashaqat.
[Surah Nahl:16: 53]
Allah Ta’aala farmaata hai:
وَ جَاہِدُوۡا فِی اللّٰہِ حَقَّ جِہَادِہٖ ؕ ہُوَ اجۡتَبٰىکُمۡ وَ مَا جَعَلَ عَلَیۡکُمۡ فِی الدِّیۡنِ مِنۡ حَرَجٍ ؕ مِلَّۃَ اَبِیۡکُمۡ اِبۡرٰہِیۡمَ ؕ ہُوَ سَمّٰىکُمُ الۡمُسۡلِمِیۡنَ ۬ ۙ مِنۡ قَبۡلُ وَ فِیۡ ہٰذَا لِیَکُوۡنَ الرَّسُوۡلُ شَہِیۡدًا عَلَیۡکُمۡ وَ تَکُوۡنُوۡا شُہَدَآءَ عَلَی النَّاسِ ۚ ۖ فَاَقِیۡمُوا الصَّلٰوۃَ وَ اٰتُوا الزَّکٰوۃَ وَ اعۡتَصِمُوۡا بِاللّٰہِ ؕ ہُوَ مَوۡلٰىکُمۡ ۚ
فَنِعۡمَ الۡمَوۡلٰی وَ نِعۡمَ النَّصِیۡرُ ﴿٪۷۸﴾
“Aur Allah ki raah mein jihaad karo jaise keh jihaad karne ka haq hai, isne tumko bargazeedah *izzat wala)kiya aur deen mein tum par koi tangi nahi banaee (tumhaare liye) tumhaare baap ibrahim عليه السلام ka deen (pasand kiya) usne pehli kitaaboun mein bhi tumhara naam musalmaan rakha thaaur is kitaab mein bhi wohi naam rakha hai (tou jihaad karo) taake Rasool tum par gawah ho aur tum ligon par gawah bano, lehaza Namaz qayem karo aur zakat ada karo aur Allah (ke Deen ki rassi) mazbooti se pakte rahi, wohi tumhaara dost hai aur wo khoob dost aur khoob madad gaar hai.
[Surah Hajj:22: 78]
Yeh hai umdah Aqeedah aur haq ke sath imaan aur aml-e-Saleh jo baar aawar (fayida mand ) hai, Aqeedah ka qawwam (usko mazboit rakhney wala )mohabbat aur t’azeem hai aur iska phal ikhlaas aur mudawamat▫️ hai, din aur raat mein panch namazen hain jinse Allah Ta’aala khata’oun ko dur karta hai, darjat buland karta hai, aur dilon aur ahwaal ki islaah karta hai, in namazoun ko banda apni taqat ke mutabiq bajlaata hai.
فاتقوا الله ما استطعتم
“Jahan tak tumse hosake Allah se daro.”
Aur Nabi Kareem( صلي ألله عليه وسلم ) ne Hazrat Imraan bin Hussain( رضي الله عنه) sey farmaaya jabke wo mareez they:
……صلوا قائمًا ، فإن لم تقدروا فاجلسوا ، وإن لم تقدروا ينحى
Kharey hokar namaz adaa karo, agar aisa na karsako tou phir bait kar ada karo aur agar aisa bhi na karsako tou phir lete lete pehlu par ada karlo.
Zakat tere maal ka aik khaleel sa hessa hai jisse tu musalmaanon ki zarurat mein faqeeron, miskeenon, musafiron, maqruz(kharz me dubr hue) log aur dusre zakat ke mustahiqeen ko ada karta hai.”
Roze Saal bhar mein aik maah hai:
ؕ وَ مَنۡ کَانَ مَرِیۡضًا اَوۡ عَلٰی سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّۃٌ مِّنۡ اَیَّامٍ اُخَرَ ؕ
“Aur Jo shakhs mareez ho ya safar mein ho tou wo dusre dinon mein ginti poori karlen.”
[Surah Baqarah:02: 185]
Baitullah ka Hajj Umr bhar mein istetaat rakhne wale ke liye sirf aik dafa hai.
Yeh hai Allah ke haq ke usool, aur jo inke alawah hain tou wo kisi ‘Aarz ki wajhse wajib hote hain jaise Jihaad fee sabillillah ya aise asbab ho jo usse wajib banaden , Jaise mazloom ki imdaad.
Mere Bhai! Dekheye ye haq Amal ke lehaz se thora aur ajar ke lehaz se bohat ziyada hai, jab tu usse qayem kare tou Duniya aur Akhirat mein naik hojaega, Aag se najat paega aur Jannat mein dakhil hoga.
ؕ فَمَنۡ زُحۡزِحَ عَنِ النَّارِ وَ اُدۡخِلَ الۡجَنَّۃَ فَقَدۡ فَازَ ؕ وَ مَا الۡحَیٰوۃُ الدُّنۡیَاۤ اِلَّا مَتَاعُ الۡغُرُوۡرِ ﴿۱۸۵﴾
“Pus jo shakhs aag se bacha liya gaya aur Jannat mein dakhil kiya gaya wo kamyaab hogayaaur duniya ki zindagi tou mahez dhoke ka saman hai.”
[Surah: 3 Ayat: 185]

Rights of Allah
وَ اللّٰہُ اَخۡرَجَکُمۡ مِّنۡۢ بُطُوۡنِ اُمَّہٰتِکُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ شَیۡئًا ۙ وَّ جَعَلَ لَکُمُ السَّمۡعَ وَ الۡاَبۡصَارَ وَ الۡاَفۡئِدَۃَ ۙ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَشۡکُرُوۡنَ ﴿۷۸﴾
Allah’s rights upon His creation are the rights that must be kept the most. Allah is the sole Creator and Sustainer of the universe. He is the Almighty who created everything with absolute wisdom. Allah is the One who initiated every being from nothing. He is the One who protects humans in their mothers’ wombs, as infants, as children and as adults. He, alone, sustains all humans and provides them with food and every aspect of life. Allah said, what translated means: .And Allah has brought you out from the wombs of your mothers while you know nothing. And He gave you hearing, sight and hearts that you might give thanks ( to Allah) . .,,
[ 16: 78].
If Allah refuses sustenance to anyone he will be instantly destroyed. Allah’s mercy is what keeps humans and everything else alive.
ؕ لَا نَسۡئَلُکَ رِزۡقًا ؕ نَحۡنُ نَرۡزُقُکَ ؕ وَ الۡعَاقِبَۃُ لِلتَّقۡوٰی ﴿۱۳۲﴾
Allah’s control over his slaves is perfect. His bounties are countless. If this is His role in the life of humans, then His rights are what one must keep the most. Allah does not need sustenance from His slaves. He said, what translated means: • We ask not of you a provision. We provide it for you. And the good end is for the Muttaqeen (the ones who fear Allah).”,
[20: 132].
وَ مَا خَلَقۡتُ الۡجِنَّ وَ الۡاِنۡسَ اِلَّا لِیَعۡبُدُوۡنِ ﴿۵۶﴾
مَاۤ اُرِیۡدُ مِنۡہُمۡ مِّنۡ رِّزۡقٍ وَّ مَاۤ اُرِیۡدُ اَنۡ یُّطۡعِمُوۡنِ ﴿۵۷﴾
اِنَّ اللّٰہَ ہُوَ الرَّزَّاقُ ذُو الۡقُوَّۃِ الۡمَتِیۡنُ ﴿۵۸﴾
Allah only wants one thing from His slaves .And I (Allah) created not the Jinn and mankind except they should worship Me (alone). I seek not any provision from them nor do I ask that they should feed Me. Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong.”,
[51:56-58]
وَ مَا بِکُمۡ مِّنۡ نِّعۡمَۃٍ فَمِنَ اللّٰہِ ثُمَّ اِذَا مَسَّکُمُ الضُّرُّ فَاِلَیۡہِ تَجۡئَرُوۡنَ ﴿ۚ۵۳﴾
Allah only wants mankind to worship Him alone and ascribe no partners with Him in worship, and truly be His slaves. He wants them to surrender to His will, as they surrender to His control for the means of their lives. It is only fair to worship only the One who holds the existence of everything and everyone in His Hands. One should thank Allah who, alone, provides for him by worshipping Him alone. Allah said, what translated means: ~And whatever of blessings and good things you have, it is from Allah. Then, when harm touches you, unto Him you cry aloud for help.”;
[16:53].
وَ جَاہِدُوۡا فِی اللّٰہِ حَقَّ جِہَادِہٖ ؕ ہُوَ اجۡتَبٰىکُمۡ وَ مَا جَعَلَ عَلَیۡکُمۡ فِی الدِّیۡنِ مِنۡ حَرَجٍ ؕ مِلَّۃَ اَبِیۡکُمۡ اِبۡرٰہِیۡمَ ؕ ہُوَ سَمّٰىکُمُ الۡمُسۡلِمِیۡنَ ۬ ۙ مِنۡ قَبۡلُ وَ فِیۡ ہٰذَا لِیَکُوۡنَ الرَّسُوۡلُ شَہِیۡدًا عَلَیۡکُمۡ وَ تَکُوۡنُوۡا شُہَدَآءَ عَلَی النَّاسِ ۚ ۖ فَاَقِیۡمُوا الصَّلٰوۃَ وَ اٰتُوا الزَّکٰوۃَ وَ اعۡتَصِمُوۡا بِاللّٰہِ ؕ ہُوَ مَوۡلٰىکُمۡ ۚ
فَنِعۡمَ الۡمَوۡلٰی وَ نِعۡمَ النَّصِیۡرُ ﴿٪۷۸﴾
What Allah requires His slaves to do is easy. He does not want hardship to come to those striving to worship Him. He, said, what translated means: ~And strive hard in Allah’s cause as you ought to strive (with sincerity). He has chosen you (to convey Islam), aml has not laid upon you in religion any hardship, it is the religion of your father Abraham (Islam). It is He (Allah) who has named you Muslims both before and in this (the Quran), that the Messenger (Mohammad) may be a witness over you and you be witnesses over mankind So offer prayer perfectly, give Zakat (compulsory charity), and hold fast to Allah, He is your Lord, what an excellent Lord and what an excellent helper!.,
[22:78].
What Allah wants from us is to worship Him with sincerity, and to perform righteous deeds. Five prayers a day bring forgiveness from Him and purity in the heart. Muslims must try to perform prayer in the best form: ~So keep your duty to Allah as much as you can. t
[ 64: 16] .
ؕ وَ مَنۡ کَانَ مَرِیۡضًا اَوۡ عَلٰی سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّۃٌ مِّنۡ اَیَّامٍ اُخَرَ ؕ
The Prophet said, what translated means:-“Stand while praying, if you can not then while sitting, and if you cannot then while laying on your side.” [Al-Bukhari]. Allah also wants His slaves to pay a small amount of their money to the poor, the needy, strangers who have no money, the indebted and to others who are eligible to take money from Zakat. Zakat is so minimal that it does not harm the rich, yet it provides tremendous benefits for the poor. Allah also requires fasting in the lunar month ofRamadhan. He said, what translated means: ~So whoever of you sights the ( crescent on the first night of the) month (of Ramadhan), he must fast that month, and whoever is ill or on a journey, the same number ( of days he misses)from other days.t
[2: 185].
Also, Hajj (pilgrimage) to Makkah once in a lifetime is obligatory upon all Muslims, if they are able to do so. In general, we have the obligation to abide by all of Allah’s orders, and stay away from all He had made forbidden upon us.
ؕ فَمَنۡ زُحۡزِحَ عَنِ النَّارِ وَ اُدۡخِلَ الۡجَنَّۃَ فَقَدۡ فَازَ ؕ وَ مَا الۡحَیٰوۃُ الدُّنۡیَاۤ اِلَّا مَتَاعُ الۡغُرُوۡرِ ﴿۱۸۵﴾
Above mentioned are the duties of Allah’s slaves towards Him. They are not difficult to perform. The reward outweighs the requirements by far. The reward is ~And whoever is removed away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise, he indeed is successful The life of this world is only the enjoyment of deception.t

اللہ تعالیٰ کے حقوق
اللہ تعالیٰ کا حق تمام حقوق سے زیادہ ضروری ہے اور سب سے اہم ہے۔کیونکہ وہ اس کائنات کا خالق و مالک اور تمام تر امور کی تدبیر کرنے والا ہے۔وہ زندہ جاوید ہستی ہے جو تمام کائنات کا نظام سنبھالے ہوئے ہے،اس نے ہر چیز کو پیدا کیا اور اپنی حکمت بالغہ سے اس کا اندازہ کیا۔انسان کو اشرف المخلوقات بنایا ،پھر انسان کو اپنے احسانات یاد کرائے کہ اے انسان !تجھ پر اس ذات کا حق ہے جس نے نعمتوں کے ساتھ تیری پرورش کی۔تو اپنی ماں کے پیٹ میں تین طرح کے اندھیروں میں تھا۔جہاں مخلوقات میں کوئی بھی تجھے غذا یا ایسی اشیاء نہیں پہنچا سکتا تھا جو تیری افزائش اور زندگی کو قائم رکھنے والی ہوں۔اس نے ماں کی چھاتیوں میں وافر دودھ اتارا،تجھے اس کی راہ دکھلائی اور تیرے والدین کو تیرا محسن بنا دیا۔تیری امداد کی اور تجھے کامیاب کیا۔ارشاد باری تعالیٰ ہے:
﴿وَاللّٰهُ اَخْرَجَكُمْ مِّنْۢ بُطُوْنِ اُمَّهٰتِكُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُوْنَ شَـيْـــًٔـا ۙ وَّجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَالْاَبْصَارَ وَالْاَفْــِٕدَةَ ۙ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُوْنَ 78﴾
ترجمہ: اور اللہ ہی نے تم کو تمہاری ماؤں کے شکم سے پیدا کیا کہ تم کچھ نہیں جانتے تھے۔ اور اس نے تم کو کان اور آنکھیں اور دل (اور اُن کے علاوہ اور) اعضا بخشے تاکہ تم شکر کرو۔‘‘
اے انسان! اگر اللہ تعالیٰ لمحہ بھر کے لیے اپنا فضل اور رحمت روک لے تو تو ہلاک ہو جائے۔جب انسان پر اللہ تعالیٰ کا اتنا فضل اور اس قدر رحمت ہے تو پھر اس کا حق بھی تمام حقوق سے زیادہ اہم ہے۔اللہ تعالیٰ انسان سے (نہ) زق مانگتا ہے نہ کھانا۔ارشاد ربانی ہے:
﴿لَا نَسْــَٔــلُكَ رِزْقًا ۭ نَحْنُ نَرْزُقُكَ ۭ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلتَّقْوٰى ١٣٢ٰ﴾
ترجمہ: ہم تجھ سے روزی نہیں مانگتے ہم تجھے روزی دیتے ہیں اور پرہیزگاری کا انجام اچھا ہے
اللہ تعالیٰ تجھ سے صرف ایک ہی چیز کا مطالبہ کرتا ہے جس میں تیرا ہی فائدہ ہے اور وہ یہ کہ تو اس اکیلے کی عبادت کر جس کا کوئی شریک نہیں۔ارشاد باری تعالیٰ ہے:
﴿ وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْاِنْسَ اِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوْنِ 56مَآ اُرِيْدُ مِنْهُمْ مِّنْ رِّزْقٍ وَّمَآ اُرِيْدُ اَنْ يُّطْعِمُوْنِ 57اِنَّ اللّٰهَ هُوَ الرَّزَّاقُ ذُو الْقُوَّةِ الْمَتِيْنُ 58 ﴾
ترجمہ: اور میں نے جن اور انسان کو بنایا ہے تو صرف اپنی بندگی کے لیے میں ان سے کوئی روزی نہیں چاہتا ہوں اور نہ ہی چاہتا ہوں کہ وہ مجھے کھلائیں بے شک اللہ ہی بڑا روزی دینے والا زبردست طاقت والا ہے
وہ تجھ سے صرف یہ چاہتا ہے کہ عبودیت کہ ہر پہلو سے تو اس کا بندہ بن جا۔جیا کہ ربوبیت کے ہر پہلو سے وہ تیرا پروردگار ہے۔ایسا بندہ جو اسی کے سامنے عجز و انکسار کا اظہار کرے اور اس کی مکمل اطاعت کرے کیونکہ اس نے تجھے بے شمار نعمتوں سے نوازا ہے۔کیا ایسے منعم حقیقی کی نافرمانی کرتے ہوئے تجھے شرم محسوس نہیں ہوتی؟
اگر لوگوں میں سے کوئی تجھ پر احسان کرتا تو (اے انسان) تو اس کی نافرمانی اور مخالفت پر اُتر آنے سے ضرور شرماتا،پھر اپنے پروردگار سے تیرا معاملہ کیسا ہے کہ جو کچھ بھی تیرے پاس ہے وہ سب اسی کے فضل سے ہے اور اگر تجھ پر کوئی مصیبت نہیں آتی تو وہ صرف اسی کی رحمت سے رکی ہوئی ہے۔اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا:
﴿ وَمَا بِكُمْ مِّنْ نِّعْمَةٍ فَمِنَ اللّٰهِ ثُمَّ اِذَا مَسَّكُمُ الضُّرُّ فَاِلَيْهِ تَجْــــَٔــرُوْنَ 53ۚ﴾
ترجمہ: اور جو نعمتیں تم کو میسر ہیں سب اللہ کی طرف سے ہیں۔ پھر جب تم کو کوئی تکلیف پہنچتی ہے تو اسی کے آگے چلاتے ہو.
اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنے لیے صرف یہ حق واجب کیا ہے کہ اس کی خالص عبادت کی جائے اور اس کے ساتھ کسی قسم کا شرک نہ کیا جائے۔جسے اللہ تعالیٰ توفیق دے،اسے یہ حق ادا کرنا نہایت آسان ہے۔اللہ تعالیٰ کا فرمان ہے:
﴿ وَجَاهِدُوْا فِي اللّٰهِ حَقَّ جِهَادِهٖ ۭ هُوَ اجْتَبٰىكُمْ وَمَا جَعَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الدِّيْنِ مِنْ حَرَجٍ ۭ مِلَّـةَ اَبِيْكُمْ اِبْرٰهِيْمَ ۭهُوَ سَمّٰىكُمُ الْمُسْلِـمِيْنَ ڏ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَفِيْ ھٰذَا لِيَكُوْنَ الرَّسُوْلُ شَهِيْدًا عَلَيْكُمْ وَتَكُوْنُوْا شُهَدَاۗءَ عَلَي النَّاسِ ښ فَاَقِيْمُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَاٰتُوا الزَّكٰوةَ وَاعْتَصِمُوْا بِاللّٰهِ ۭ هُوَ مَوْلٰىكُمْ ۚ فَنِعْمَ الْمَوْلٰى وَنِعْمَ النَّصِيْرُ 78ۧ﴾
ترجمہ: اور اللہ کی راہ میں کوشش کرو جیسا کوشش کرنے کا حق ہے اس نے تمہیں پسند کیا ہے اور دین میں تم پر کسی طرح کی سختی نہیں کی تمہارے باپ ابراہیم کا دین ہے اسی نے تمہارا نام پہلے سےمسلمان رکھا تھااوراس قرآن میں بھی تاکہ رسول تم پر گواہ بنے اور تم لوگو ں پر گواہ بنو پس نماز قائم کرو اور زکوٰة دو اور اللہ کو مضبوط ہو کر پکڑو وہی تمہارا مولیٰ ہے پھر کیا ہی اچھا مولیٰ اور کیا ہی اچھا مددگار ہے.
یہ ہے عقیدہ اور حق کے ساتھ ایمان اور عمل صالح جو بار آور ہے۔عقیدے کا قوام محبت و تعظیم اور کا پھل اخلاص و مداومت ہے۔دن اور رات میں پانچ نمازیں ہیں جن سے اللہ تعالیٰ خطاؤں کو معاف،درجات کو بلند اور دلوں کی اصلاح کرتا ہے۔اصلاح أحوال کے لیے حسب استطاعت تقوی اختیار کرنے کا حکم دیا گیا ہے۔ارشاد باری تعالیٰ ہے:
﴿فَاتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّه مَا ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْ﴾
ترجمہ: جہاں تک تم سے ہو سکے اللہ سے ڈرو.
حضرت عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہ بیمار تھے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے فرمایا:
«صل قائما، فإن لم تستطع فقاعدا، فإن لم تستطع فعلى جنب» (صحیح بخاری)
“کھڑے ہو کر نماز ادا کرو،ایسا نہ کر سکو تو بیٹھ کر اور اگر یہ بھی نہ کر سکو تو پھر لیٹے لیٹے پہلو پر ادا کرو۔”
تیرے مال کا ایک قلیل سا حصہ ہےجسے تو سال میں ایک بار مسلمانوں کی امداد کے لیے فقیروں، مسکینوں، مسافروں،قرض داروں اور زکاۃ کے دوسرے مستحقین کو ادا کرتا ہے۔روزے سال بھر میں صرف ایک مہینے کے فرض ہیں اور اس میں بھی مریض اور مسافر کے لیے رعایت ہے کہ وہ باقی دنوں میں رکھ لے۔
اللہ تعالیٰ کا فرمان ہے:
﴿ فَلْيَصُمْہُ۰ۭ وَمَنْ كَانَ مَرِيْضًا اَوْ عَلٰي سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّۃٌ مِّنْ اَيَّامٍ اُخَرَ۰ۭ ۗ﴾
ترجمہ: اور جو شخص مریض ہو یا سفر میں ہو تو دوسرے دنوں کی گنتی میں پوری کر لے۔”
بیت اللہ کا حج صاحب استطاعت کے لیے عمر بھر میں صرف ایک دفعہ فرض ہے۔
یہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے بنیادی حقوق ہیں۔اور جو ان کے علاوہ ہیں،وہ حالات کے مطابق واجب ہوتے ہیں ،جیسے جہاد فی سبیل اللہ وغیرہ۔
میرے بھائی! یہ حق کے لحاظ سے تھوڑا اور اجر کے لحاظ سے بہت زیادہ ہے۔جب تو اسے ادا کرے گا تو دنیا و آخرت میں سرخرو ہو جائے گا،آگ سے نجات پائے گا اور جنت میں داخل ہو گا۔اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا:
﴿ۭ فَمَنْ زُحْزِحَ عَنِ النَّارِ وَاُدْخِلَ الْجَنَّةَ فَقَدْ فَازَ ۭ وَمَا الْحَيٰوةُ الدُّنْيَآ اِلَّا مَتَاعُ الْغُرُوْرِ ١٨٥﴾
ترجمہ: پس جو شخص آگ سے بچا لیا گیا اور جنت میں داخل کیا گیا وہ کامیاب ہو گیا اور دنیا کی زندگی تو محض دھوکے کا سامان ہے۔(سورہ آل عمران،آیت 185)
