NIKAH SE MUTALIQ AHEM MALOOMAAT

NIKAAH SE MUTALIQ AHEM MALOOMAAT
Har sahib-e-istetaanikaah karne ka hukum diya gaya hai. Jahan nikaah karna sunnat hai wahan yeh bhi zaroori hai kay nikaah sunnat tareeqe say kiya jaaye. Jab nikaah ho jaaye to phir shauhar biwi dono ko aik dusre kay huqooq ada karne chahiye.
NIKAAH SAY PAHLE
Nikaah ki ahmiyat wa fazeelat aur targheeb :
1. Jab koi shakhs nikaah kar leta hai to apna adha eemaan mukammal kar leta hai, ab unko chahiye kay baakhi aadhe eemaan kay maamle may Allaah say darta rahe.
(Sahih ul Jammi: 6148)
2. Nikaah meri sunnat hai, bus Jisne meri sunat say etraaz kiya uska mujh say koi talluq nahi.
(Sahih ul Jammi: 6807)
3. Nikaah kay zariye faqr wa faaqah ka khaatma.
(Surah al Noor: 32)
4. Nikaah baais raahat wa itminaan.
(Surah al Room: 21)
5. Nikaah guzishta ambiya ki sunnat.
(Surah al-Ra’ad: 38)
6. Nikah nisf deen.
(Sahih ul Jammi: 430)
7. Nikaah Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ki sunnat.
(Sahih ul-Jammi: 6807)
8. Paak daamani ki niyyat say nikaah karne waale kay liye madad-e-ilaahi ka elaan.
(Tirmidhi: 1655, Sahih)
9. Nikaah muhabbat wa ulfat ka behtarren zariya.
(Sunan Ibn Majah: 1847)
10. Saaleh biwi duniya ka behtareen saamaan.
(Muslim: 1467)
11. Saaleh biwi aadmi ki khush baqti ki alaamaat.
(Sahih al-Targheeb: 1914)

SIGNIFICANT RULINGS CONCERNING NIKAAH
One who can afford marriage, he is commanded to get married, Nikaah is the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH)it should also be performed in the prescribed i.e. Sunnah way. After marriage, the husband and the wife should fulfil their rights.
A. BEFORE NIKKAH
The Virtues of Nikaah
1. It was narrated from Anas Ibn Maalik (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said:
“Whomever Allaah has blessed with a righteous wife, He has helped him with half of his religion, so let him fear Allaah with regard to the other half”
(Sahih ul Jammi: 6148)
2. It was narrated from Aishah that: The Messenger of Allaah (PBUH) said: “Marriage is a part of my Sunnah, and whoever does not follow my Sunnah has nothing to do with me. Get married, for I will boast of your great numbers before the nations. Whoever has the means, let him get married, and whoever does not, then he should fast for it will diminish his desire.
(Sahih ul Jammi: 6807)
3. Nikaah dissipates poverty.
(Surah al Noor: 32)
4. Nikaah is a source of mercy and tranquillity.
(Surah al Room: 21)
5. Nikaah is the Sunnah of the previously sent prophets.
(Surah al-Ra’ad: 38)
6. Nikaah is half of the religion.
(Sahih ul Jammi: 430)
7. Nikaah is the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

8. Allaah is bound to help the one who wants to get married, seeking to remain chaste.
(Tirmidhi: 1655, Sahih)
9. Nikaah is the best means of love, loyalty and affection.
(Sunan Ibn Majah: 1847)
10. The greatest joy in this life is having a righteous wife.
(Muslim: 1467)
11. A righteous wife is a sign of blessed man.
(Sahih al-Targheeb: 1914)

نکاح سے متعلق اہم معلومات :
ہر صاحب استطاعت کو نکاح کرنے کا حکم دیا گیا ہے. جہاں نکاح کرنا سنت ہے وہاں یہ بھی ضروری ہے کہ نکاح سنت طریقے سے کیا جائے. جب نکاح ہو جائے تو پھر شوہر بیوی دونوں کو ایک دوسرے کے حقوق ادا کرنے چاہئیں.
A: نکاح سے پہلے(Before Nikah)
نکاح کی اہمیت و فضیلت اور ترغیب :
- جب کوئی شخص نکاح کر لیتا ہے تو اپنا آدھا ایمان مکمّل کر لیتا ہے اسے چاہیے کہ باقی آدھے ایمان کے معاملے میں اللہ سے ڈرتا رہے.
(صحیح الجامع 6148)
- نکاح میری سنت ہے، پس جس نے میری سنت سے اعراض کیا اس کا مجھ سے کوئی تعلق نہیں.

- نکاح کے ذریعے فقر و فاقہ کا خاتمہ.

- نکاح باعثِ راحت و اطمینان.

- نکاح گزشتہ انبیاء کی سنت.
