Woh tul’oo-e-Aftaab ke ba’d Namaz-e-Fajr adaa karta hai

Mera ek dost hai jo mere qareeb hi rehta hai aur Masjid bhi hamare ghar se bohat hi qareeb hai aur mera yeh dost raat bhar television dekhne aur taash khelne mein mashghool rehta hai lekin Namaz-e-Fajr tul’oo-e-Aftaab ke ba’d padhta hai. Main ne us se kai daf’a samjhaaya hai lekin woh ‘uzr yeh pesh karta hai ke mujhe subah ki azaan sunayi nahi deti halaanke Masjid hum se bohat hi qareeb hai. Main ne is khuwaahish ka izhaar kiya ke mein us se Namaz ke liye bedaar kar diya karoon ga aur fi Al-waqi’a main ne us ke paas jaana aur us se bedaar karna shur’u bhi kar diya lekin is ke bawajood mein us se Masjid mein nahi dekhta Phir mein Namaz ke ba’d wapas us ke paas aata hoon to us se ba dastoor soya hoa paata hoon. Mein us se sarzanish karta hoon to fazool heele bahaane karta hai aur basa auqaat kehta hai ke haan ‘innadillah Roz-e-Qayaamat mere baare mein tum jawaab daah ho ge kyunke mein tumhara padosi hoon.Aap se darkhuwaast yeh hai ke baraah-e-Karaam muttall’a farmaaiye Kia waaqa’i mujh par yeh laazim hai ke mein us se Namaz ke liye bedaar karoon?

[Jawab]

Kisi musalmaan ke liye yeh jaaiz nahi ke woh raat bhar is qadar bedaar rahe ke Namaz-e-Fajr ba jama’at ya barwaqt adaa na kar sake khuwah raat ki yeh bedaari Qur’an-e-Majeed ki tilaawat ya talab-e-‘ilm hi ki wajah se kio na ho, To is se andazah lagaiye ke is baat ki kisi tarah ijaazat ho sakti hai ke aadmi shab bhar television dekhne ya taash khelne mein mashghool rahe aur Namaz-e-Fajr zaay’a kar de?

Apne is tarz-e-‘amal ki wajah se yeh shakhs gunnahgaar aur Allah Ta’ala ki taraf se saza ka mustahiq hai, Hukumaraanon ki taraf se bhi yeh saza ka mustahiq hai, Hukumaraanon par bhi Farz hai ke woh us se aur us jaise logon ko saza de kar Namaz zaay’a karne se roken. Ahl-e-ilm ki ek jama’at ke nazdeek ‘amdan Namaz-e-Fajr ko tul’oo-e-Aftaab ke ba’d tak mu’akkhar karna kufur-e-akbar hai kyunke Nabi (ﷺ) ka Irshaad hai ke:

(بَيْنَ الرَّجُلِ وَبَيْنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالشَّرْكِ تَرْكُ الصَّلَاةِ)

(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab bayaan Atlaq Ism Al-Kufur ‘Ali min tark Al-Salaat, H: 81)

“Aadmi aur kufur-o-shirk ke darmiyaan farq tark-e-Namaz se hai.”

Nez Nabi (ﷺ) ka Irshaad hai:

الْعَهْدُ الَّذِي بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمُ الصَّلَاةُ فَمَنْ تَرَكَهَا فَقَدْ كَفَرَ

(Sunan Tirmizi, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab maa jaa fi tark Al-Salaat, H: 2621,-o-Sunan Nisaai, Kitaab Al-Salaat, Baab Al-hukm fi Taarik Al-Salaat, H: 464-o-Masnad Ahmad 5/346, 355)

“Hamare aur un ke mabein jo ‘ehd hai, Woh Namaz hai jis ne us se tark kar diya woh kaafir ho gaya.”

Is Hadees ko Imaam Ahmad aur Ahl-e-Sunan ne Hazrat Burairah-bin-Haseeb رضي الله عنه se sahih sanad ke saath riwaayat kiya hai.

Is baab mein aur bhi bohat si Ahadees aur asaar aise hain, Jo is baat par dalaalat karte hain ke jo shakhs ‘amdan aur baghair shar’i ‘uzr ke Namaz ko us ke waqt se mu’akkhar karta hai woh kaafir hai.
