Namaz tark karne aur Deen ka mazaaq udaane waale ki sohbat

Kia musalmaan aadmi ke liye aise shakhs ki sohbat ikhtiyaar karna jaaiz hai, Jo aksar auqaat Namaz nahi padhta ?

Mein bohat saare noujawaanon ko dekhta hoon ke woh jab kisi aise noujawaan ko dekhte hain, Jo Namaz aur Deen ki hifaazat karta ho to yeh us ka mazaaq udaate hain aur ba’az aise noujawaanon ko bhi dekhta hoon —- Allah Ta’ala unhein hidaayat ‘ataa farmaae —- jo Deen ke baare mein bohat laaparwaahi ke saath na munaasib andaaz mein baat karte hain. Un ke baare mein Kia hukm hai? Kia un ke saath sohbat-o-rafaaqat jaaiz hai? Aur aise auqaat mein khush tab’i jaaiz hai, Jo Namaz ke auqat na hon?

Musalmaan ke liye kisi aise shakhs ki sohbat-o-rafaaqat jaaiz nahi, Jo ba’az auqaat Namaz tark kar deta ho balkeh waajib hai ke us se naseehat ki jaae aur us ke is bure ‘amal ka inkaar kiya jaae. Agar woh tawbah kar le to theek wagarna us se chod de aur us se apna dost na banaae balkeh Allah Ta’ala ki Khaatir us se bughz rakhe hatta ke woh apne is bure ‘amal se taa’ib ho jaae kyunke Namaz ko chodna kufur-e-Akbar hai jaise ke Nabi Kareem Hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ) ne farmaaya hai ke:
الْعَهْدُ الَّذِي بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمُ الصَّلَاةُ فَمَنْ تَرَكَهَا فَقَدْ كَفَرَ
(Sunan Tirmizi, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab maa jaa fi tark Al-Salaat, H: 2621; Sunan Nisaa’i, Kitaab Ao-Salaar, Baab Al-hukm fi tark Al-Salaat, H: 464, Masnad Ahmad 5346, 355)
“Hamaare aur un ke mabain jo ‘ehd hai woh Namaz hai, Jis ne us se chod diya woh kaafir ho gaya.”
Is Hadees ko Imaam Ahmad aur Ahl-e-Sunan ne sahih sanad ke saath Hazrat Buraidah-bin-Haseeb رضى الله عنه se riwaayat kiya hai aur Imaam Muslim ne Sahih mein Hazrat Jaabir رضى الله عنه ki riwaayat ko bayaan farmaaya hai ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne Irshaad farmaaya:
(بَيْنَ الرَّجُلِ وَبَيْنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالشَّرْكِ تَرْكُ الصَّلَاةِ)
(Sahih Muslim, Kitaab Al-Imaan, Baab Bayaan atlaq ism Al-Kufur ‘Ali min tark Al-Salaat, H: 82)
“Aadmi aur kufur-o-shirk ke darmiyaan farq tark-e-Namaz se hai.”
Har musalmaan ke liye yeh zaroori hai ke woh Allah Ta’ala ke liye muhabbat rakhe aur Allah Ta’ala hi ke liye bughz rakhe. Allah Ta’ala hi ki Khaatir kisi se dosti rakhe aur usi ki Khaatir dushmani jaisa ke Allah Subhaan-o-Ta’ala ka Irshaad-e-Giraami hai:
قَدۡ كَانَتۡ لَـكُمۡ اُسۡوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ فِىۡۤ اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ وَالَّذِيۡنَ مَعَهٗۚ اِذۡ قَالُوۡا لِقَوۡمِهِمۡ اِنَّا بُرَءٰٓؤُا مِنۡكُمۡ وَمِمَّا تَعۡبُدُوۡنَ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰهِ كَفَرۡنَا بِكُمۡ وَبَدَا بَيۡنَنَا وَبَيۡنَكُمُ الۡعَدَاوَةُ وَالۡبَغۡضَآءُ اَبَدًا حَتّٰى تُؤۡمِنُوۡا بِاللّٰهِ وَحۡدَهٗۤ
(Al-Mumtahena 604)
“Tumhein Ibrahim aur un ke rufaqa ki neik chaal chalni (Zaroor) hai jab unhon ne apni qaum ke logon se kaha ke hum tum se aur un (Buton) se jin ko tum Allah ke siwa poojte ho, be ta’lluq hain (Aur) tumhare (Ma’boodon ke kabhi qaail nahi (Ho sakte) aur jab tak tum Allah waahid parEmaan naa laao hamare aur tumhare darmiyaan Hamesha khullam khula ‘adaawat aur dushmani rahe gi!
Is tarah ke aadmi ke ma’amla ko hukumaraanon tak bhi pohanchaana chaahiye basharteke tumhare mulk mein Islami shariy’at ki hukumaraani ho taa ke us se tawbah karwai jaae. Agar tawbah kar le to theek warna us se qatal kar diya jaae kyunke jo shakhs Namaz chod de aur tawbah na kare to us ki hadd-e-qatal hai
Jaisa ke farmaan-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:
ۚفَاِنۡ تَابُوۡا وَاَقَامُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَ اٰتَوُا الزَّكٰوةَ فَخَلُّوۡا سَبِيۡلَهُمۡ ؕ
(Al-tawba 96)
“Phir agar woh tawbah kar lein aur Namaz padhne aur Zakaat dene lagen to un ki raah chod do.”
Is Aayat-e-kareema se ma’loom hoa ke jo shakhs Namaz tark kar de aur tawbah na kare to us ki raah ko na choda jaae balkeh us se qatal kar diya jaae aur saabiqa dono Hadeeson aur un ke hum ma’ani deegar Hadeeson se ma’loom hoa ke us shakhs ko kaafir hone ki wajah se qatal kiya jaae ga aur Nabi (ﷺ) ka yeh bhi Irshaad-e-Giraami hai ke:
إِنِّي نُهِيْتُ عَنْ قَتْلِ الْمُصَلِّينَ
(Sunan Abi Dawood, Kitaab Al-Adab, Baab Al-hukm fi Al-Mukhanasin, H: 4928)
“Mujhe Namaaziyon ke qatal se mana’ kiya gaya hai.”
To is se bhi ma’loom hoa ke jo shakhs Namaz na padhe us ke qatal se mana’ nahi kiya gaya balkeh us ka qatal waajib hai basharteke woh tawbah na karle aur phir zaahir hai ke us saza ki soorat mein hi woh us ‘Azeem jurm ke irtikaab se ba’az reh sakta hai. Allah Ta’ala se dua’a hai ke woh musalmaanon ke haalaat ki islaah farma de, hamein aur un sab ko Deen par saabit qadam rakhe. إِنَّهُ سَمِيعٌ قَرِيبٌ !

Islam ya Islam ki kisi baat ka mazaaq udaana kufur-e-Akbar hai.
Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:
قُلۡ اَبِاللّٰهِ وَاٰيٰتِهٖ وَرَسُوۡلِهٖ كُنۡتُمۡ تَسۡتَهۡزِءُوۡنَ لَا تَعۡتَذِرُوۡا قَدۡ كَفَرۡتُمۡ بَعۡدَ اِيۡمَانِكُمۡ
(Al-tawbah 965-66)
“(Ae Paighambar!) Keh dijiye Kia tum Allah aur us ki Aayaton aur us ke Rasool se hansi karte the? Bahaane mat banaao tum Imaan laane ke ba’d kaafir ho chuke ho.”
Jo shakhs Ahl-e-Deen aur Namaaziyon ka un ke Deen aur us ki hifaazat karne ki wajah se mazaaq udaaye to us ke baare mein yeh samjha jaae ga ke woh Deen ka mazaaq udaa raha hai lehaaza us shakhs ki sohbat-o-hum nasheeni jaaiz nahi balkeh us ki un khuraafaat ka inkaar karna aur us se kinaara kashi ikhtiyaar karna waajib hai.
Nez waajib hai ke us se sachi tawbah ki targheeb di jaae agar woh tawbah kare to alhamdullilah warna us ke un bure am’aal ke baare mein ‘aadil gawaahon ki shahaadat ke ba’d hukumaraanon ko shikaayat ki jaae gi taake shar’i ‘adaalat ki taraf se Allah Ta’ala ke hukm ke mutaabiq is ka faisla kiya jaae. Beherhaal yeh bohat ahem masaail hain. Har taalib-e-‘ilm aur us musalmaan ke liye jo apne Deen ko jaanta ho, Zaroori hai ke woh is se ijtinaab kare aur doosron ko bhi Deen ka mazaaq udaane ki ijaazat na de taake ‘aqeedah kharaab na ho aur woh saza bhi na mile Jo haqq aur Ahl-e-haqq ka mazaaq udaane ki soorat mein milti hai.
Hum Allah Ta’ala se yeh dua’a karte hain ke woh hum sab musalmaanon ko us kaam se mehfooz rakhe jo us ki shariy’at ke mukhaalif ho. Allah Ta’ala musalmaanon ko un ke kaafir-o-munaafiq dushmanon ke shar se mehfooz rakhe aur tamaam halaat mein kitaab-o-Sunnat ke daaman se waabistgi ki toufeeq ‘ataa farmaae. إِنَّهُ جَوَادٌ كَرِيمٌ
