Taarik-e-Namaz’ Ghar mein Namaz padhne waale aur Namaz ko late kar ke padhne waale ke liye hukm

[Sawaal]

Taarik-e-Namaz ke liye Kia hukm hai? Jo shakhs ya ba jama’at Namaz adaa karne mein kotaahi kar ke ghar mein Namaz padhta hai, Us ke baare mein Kia hukm hai? Aur jo shakhs Namaz ko waqt se muakkhar kar ke padhta hai us ke baare mein Kia hukm hai?

[Jawab]

Yeh teen alag alag masle hain un mein se pehle masla ka jawaab yeh hai ke tark-e-Namaz kufur hai, Jis se insaan daairah-e-Islam se khaarij ho jaata hai.

Yaane jo shakhs Namaz nahi padhta woh kaafir aur daairah-e-Islam se khaarij hai aur agar shaadi shudah ho to tark-e-Namaz se us ki biwi ka Nikkah toot jaae ga. Us shakhs ke haath ka zabeeha khaana bhi Halaal nahi aur na us ka Roza aur sadqa qubool hota hai. be Namaz ka Makkah Mukarma mein jaana aur Haram mein daakhil hona bhi jaaiz nahi aur jab woh Faut ho jaae to us se ghusl dena ,Kafan pehnaana Janaazah padhna aur musalmaanon ke qabaristaan mein dafan karna bhi jaaiz nahi balkeh jungle mein gadha khod kar us se daba diya jaae.

Jis shakhs ka koi aisa qareebi rishtadaar Faut ho jaae jo be Namaz ho to us ke liye yeh Halaal nahi ke logon ko dhoka de kar us ka Namaz-e-janaazah padhne ki da’wat de kyunke kaafir ki Namaz-e-janaazah padhna Haraam hai,

Irshaad-e-Baari Ta’ala hai:

وَلَا تُصَلِّ عَلٰٓى اَحَدٍ مِّنۡهُمۡ مَّاتَ اَبَدًا وَّلَا تَقُمۡ عَلٰى قَبۡرِهٖ ؕ اِنَّهُمۡ كَفَرُوۡا بِاللّٰهِ وَرَسُوۡلِهٖ

(Al-tawbah 984)

“Aur (Ae Paighambar!) in mein se koi mar jaae to kabhi (Us ke janaaze) par Namaz na padhna aur na us ki qabr par (Jaa kar) khade hona, Yeh Allah aur us ke Rasool ke saath kufur karte rahe.”

Nez farmaaya:

مَا كَانَ لِلنَّبِىِّ وَالَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡاۤ اَنۡ يَّسۡتَغۡفِرُوۡا لِلۡمُشۡرِكِيۡنَ وَ لَوۡ كَانُوۡۤا اُولِىۡ قُرۡبٰى مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمۡ اَنَّهُمۡ اَصۡحٰبُ الۡجَحِيۡمِ

(Al-tawbah 9113)

“Paighambar aur musalmaanon ko laaiq nahi ke jab un par zaahir ho gaya ke mushrik Ahl-e-dozakh waale hain to un ke liye bakhshish maangein go woh un ke qaraabat daar hi kio na hon.”

Doosra masla yeh hai ke jo shakhs Masjid mein Namaz ba jama’at adaa nahi karta balkeh apne ghar mein adaa karta hai to woh kaafir nahi balkeh faasiq hai aur agar woh is par israar kare to woh Ahl-e-fasaq ke saath shaamil ho jaae ga aur woh gawaahi ke liye ‘aadil na rahe ga.

Teesra masla yeh hai ke Namaz mein is qadar der kar dena ke waqt hi khatam ho jaae to us shakhs ka gunaah us se ziyaada hai jo Jama’at ke saath to Namaz adaa nahi karta lekin waqt par padhta hai lekin us shakhs se yeh beherhaal behtar hai jo bilkul hi nahi padhta. Beherhaal Namaz ka masla un intehaai ahem umoor mein se hai, Jin ka ehtimaam karna ek mard-e-momin ke liye zaroori hai kyunke Namaz Islam ki ‘imaarat ka sutoon hai jaisa ke Nabi Kareem (ﷺ) ne farmaaya aur zaahir hai ke jis ‘imaarat ka sutoon hi na ho woh ‘imaarat mazboot-o-mustahkim na ho gi. Musalmaanon ko aapas mein ek doosre ki hamdardi-o-khair khuwahi karte rehna’ Namaz ka hukm dete rehna aur khud bhi bohat zouq-o-shouq aur ehtimaam ke saath Namaz adaa karte rehna chaahiye.
