Namaz-e-Jumm’a har neik-o-bad ke saath waajib hai

Un logon ke baare mein Kia hukm hai, Jo Jumm’a nahi padhte aur kehte hain ke Jumm’a ke liye zaroori hai ke us se kisi Imaam-e-‘Aadil hi ke peeche adaa kiya jaae?
[Jawab]
Allah Subhaan-o-Ta’ala ne musalmaanon par Namaz-e-Jumm’a adaa karna waajib qaraar diya hai, Jab ke woh ek jagah sukoonat pazeer hon, Khuwah un ki yeh sukoonat bade shehron mein ho ya chote dihaaton mein’ Lekin Ahl-e-ilm ka us tadaad ke baare mein ikhtilaaf hai, Jo Namaz-e-Jumm’a ke liye shart hai aur is ke baare mein bohat se aqwaal hain aur un mein se sab se raajeh qawl yeh hai ke jab Namaaziyon ki tadaad teen ya is se ziyaada ho to Jumm’a adaa kiya jaae, Namaaziyon ki tadaad ke is se ziyaada hone ke baare mein koi shart nahi hai aur is par bhi ijma’a hai ke yeh bhi Jumm’a ke liye shart nahi hai ke woh Imaam-e-‘Aadil aur ma’asoom ki iqtida mein adaa kiya jaae balkeh waajib yeh hai ke har neik-o-bad ke saath adaa kiya jaae basharteke woh musalmaan ho aur us ka gunaah aisa na ho jo us se daairah-e-Islam hi se khaarij kar dene waala ho, To is se ma’loom hoa ke kuch logon ka Namaz-e-Jumm’a is liye adaa na karna ke Imaam ‘Aadil-o-Ma’soom nahi hai, Yeh bidd’at hai aur ek aisi shart hai ke shariy’at-e-mutahara mein jis ka qat’an koi saboot nahi hai. Isi tarah ba’az Ahl-e-ilm jo yeh kehte hain ke Namaz-e-Jumm’a sirf bade bade shehron mein adaa ki jaae aur chote dihaaton mein adaa na ki jaae to yeh qawl bhi sakht za’eef hai aur shariy’at-e-mutaahara mein is ki bhi qat’an koi daleel nahi hai. Iss se ameer-ul-momineen Hazrat ‘Ali-bin-Abi Taalib رضی اللہ عنہ ki taraf mansoob kiya jaata hai lekin aap se bhi yeh qawl sahih sanad ke saath saabit nahi hai.
Madinah Munawrah mein sab se pehle hujrat kar ke aane waale musalmaanon ne yahaan Namaz-e-Jumm’a adaa karne ka ehtimaam kiya halaan ke un dinon mein Madina ek bada shehar nahi balkeh ek basti shumaar hota tha aur phir jab Rasoolullah (ﷺ) yahaan tashreef laae to aap ne bhi Jumm’a ka ehtimaam farmaaya aur ta hayaat yahaan baqaaidgi se Namaz-e-Jumm’a adaa farmaate rahe. Rasoolullah (ﷺ) ke ‘ehd-e-mubarak mein Bahreen ki ek basti Juwaisa mein bhi Jumm’a adaa kiya jaata tha aur aap ne kabhi is se mana’ nahi farmaaya tha. Khulaasa-e-Kalaam yeh hai ke shehar hon ya dihaat Namaz-e-Jumm’a adaa karna waajib hai taa ke Kitaab-o-Sunnat ke shar’i dalaa’il par ‘amal ho sake, Woh ‘Azeem maslihatein haasil ho saken jo Namaz-e-Jumm’a adaa karne se maqsood hain, Jin mein se ek maslihat yeh bhi hai ke logon ko khair-o-bhalaai ke liye jam’a kiya jaae aur woh wa’az-o-naseehat ki jaae aur ta’leem di jaae, Jo un ke liye manfi’at bakhsh ho, Aapas mein baahimi ta’rruf ho aur neiki-o-taqwa ke kaamon mein ek doosre ke saath ta’awun bhi ho, Ilaawa azeen is ‘ibaadat ke adaa karne mein aur bhi bohat badi badi maslihatein hain.
