17. APNI DAWAT PAR AMAL NA KARNAY WALAY SHAKHS KA AZAAB
Aik “Daaee” logon ko jis baat ki taraf dawat dey, naiki ka hukum dey ya burai se manaa kare aur khud us dawat par amal na kare tou ye bohat bada gunah hai- Isiliye Allah Ta’aala irshad farmaata hai:
﴿أَتَأْمُرُوْنَ النَّاسَ بِالْبِرِّ وَتَنْسَوْنَ أَنْفُسَکُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ تَتْلُوْنَ الْکِتَابَ أَفَلاَتَعْقِلُوْنَ﴾
“Kiya tum logon ko bhali baton ka hukum dete ho aur apnay apko bhool jaate ho? Halakeh tum Allah ki kitaab padhte ho, kiya tum hosh nahin karte?”
[Surah Baqara:02: 44]
Apni Dawat par amal na karne walay shakhs ko jahannum mein kaunsa azaab diya jaega?
Yeh hadees sama’at kijie:
Hazrat Asamah bin zaid(رضي الله عنه) bayan karte hai keh Rasool Allah(ﷺ) ne farmaaya:
Aik admi ko qqyamat kay din laya jaega- phir usay jahannum mein phenk diya jaega jissay uski aantain bahar nikal aengi- chunacha wo is tarah ghoomega jaisa keh aik gadha apni chaki kay ird gird ghoomta hai- Ahl-e-jahannum iski ye halat dekhkar uske paas jama’ hojaengay aur usay poochengay: Ae fulah! Tumhaara kiya mu’amla hai? Tum to hamain naiki ka hukum diya karte the aur burai se mana’ kiya karte the? Tou wo jawab dega: main tumhen naiki ka hukm deta tha lekin khud ispar amal na karta tha- aur tumhen burai se mana’ karta tha lekin khud issay nahi bachta tha.

Isi tarah Hazrat Anas bin Malik(رضي الله عنه) se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah(ﷺ) ne farmaaya:
“Mjhe meraj waali raat kuch aise logon kay paas laya gaya jinkay hount aatish jahannum ki qaiycheeyon se kaate jarahe the- aik martaba unhay kata jata , phir unhay wapis louta diya jata aur phir kata jata- isi tarah unhay azaab diya jaraha tha- Main ne kaha: Ae jibraeel (علیہ السلام) ye kaun hai? Tou unho ne kaha: ye apki ummat kay wo khutbaa hain jo aisi baton ka hukum dete the jinpar khud amal na karte the aur Kitaab Allah ko parha karte the lekin uspar amal na kiya karte the.”

Who used to order others to do good, but forget themselves
۞ أَتَأْمُرُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ بِٱلْبِرِّ وَتَنسَوْنَ أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ تَتْلُونَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ ۚ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ ٤٤
Do you order righteousness of the people and forget yourselves while you recite the Scripture? Then will you not reason?
[Surah Baqara:02: 44]
Their entrails will be spilled out in the Fire:
“ يُجَاءُ بِالرَّجُلِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَيُلْقَى فِي النَّارِ، فَتَنْدَلِقُ أَقْتَابُهُ فِي النَّارِ، فَيَدُورُ كَمَا يَدُورُ الْحِمَارُ بِرَحَاهُ، فَيَجْتَمِعُ أَهْلُ النَّارِ عَلَيْهِ، فَيَقُولُونَ أَىْ فُلاَنُ، مَا شَأْنُكَ أَلَيْسَ كُنْتَ تَأْمُرُنَا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَتَنْهَى عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ قَالَ كُنْتُ آمُرُكُمْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَلاَ آتِيهِ، وَأَنْهَاكُمْ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَآتِيهِ ”. رَوَاهُ غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ.
Narrated Abu Wail:
Somebody said to Usama, “Will you go to so-and-so (i.e. `Uthman) and talk to him (i.e. advise him regarding ruling the country)?” He said, “You see that I don’t talk to him. Really I talk to (advise) him secretly without opening a gate (of affliction), for neither do I want to be the first to open it (i.e. rebellion), nor will I say to a man who is my ruler that he is the best of all the people after I have heard something from Allah s Apostle .” They said, What have you heard him saying? He said, “I have heard him saying, “A man will be brought on the Day of Resurrection and thrown in the (Hell) Fire, so that his intestines will come out, and he will go around like a donkey goes around a millstone. The people of (Hell) Fire will gather around him and say: O so-and-so! What is wrong with you? Didn’t you use to order us to do good deeds and forbid us to do bad deeds? He will reply: Yes, I used to order you to do good deeds, but I did not do them myself, and I used to forbid you to do bad deeds, yet I used to do them myself.”
[Sahih Al Bukhari: 3267]
[2] Bukhari and Muslim report from Usaamah ibn Zayd ( رضي الله عنه ) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“A man will be brought forth on the Day of Resurrection and thrown into the Fire. Then his entrails will be spilled out into
the Fire, and he will be forced to walk around and around like a donkey in a treadmill. The people of Hell will gather around
him and will say: ‘O ’ So-and-so, what is wrong with you? Did you not enjoin us to do good and forbid us to do evil?’ He will
say, ‘I used to order you to do good, but I did not do it, and I used to forbid you to do evil, but I used to do it myself.’
Then he will walk around and around like a donkey in a treadmill.”
One of the people whose entrails will be spilled out in Hell is ‘Amr ibn Lahay, who was the first to change the religion of the Arabs. The
Prophet (ﷺ) saw him dragging his own entrails in Hell. Muslim reports from Jaabir ibn ‘Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said:
“I saw ‘Amr ibn ‘Aamir al-Khuza‘i dragging his own entrails in Hell, and he was the first one to institute As-Saa ‘ibah (a shecamel turned loose for free pasture for the sake of idols, upon which nothing was allowed to be carried).”

(۱۷) اپنی دعوت پر عمل نہ کرنے والے شخص کا عذاب
ایک ’داعی ‘لوگوں کو جس بات کی طرف دعوت دے ، نیکی کا حکم دے یا برائی سے منع کرے اور خود اُس دعوت پر عمل نہ کرے تو یہ بہت بڑا گناہ ہے ۔ اسی لئے اللہ تعالیٰ ارشاد فرماتے ہیں :
﴿أَتَأْمُرُوْنَ النَّاسَ بِالْبِرِّ وَتَنْسَوْنَ أَنْفُسَکُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ تَتْلُوْنَ الْکِتَابَ أَفَلاَتَعْقِلُوْنَ﴾
’’ کیا تم لوگوں کو بھلی باتوں کا حکم دیتے ہو اور اپنے آپ کو بھول جاتے ہو ؟ حالانکہ تم اللہ کی کتاب پڑھتے ہو ، کیا تم ہوش نہیں کرتے ؟ ‘‘
البقرۃ2 :44
اپنی دعوت پر عمل نہ کرنے والے شخص کو جہنم میں کونسا عذاب دیا جائے گا ؟
یہ حدیث سماعت کیجئے :
حضرت اسامہ بن زید رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :
’’ ایک آدمی کو قیامت کے دن لایا جائے گا ۔ پھر اسے جہنم میں پھینک دیا جائے گا جس سے اس کی آنتیں باہر نکل آئیں گی ۔ چنانچہ وہ اس طرح گھومے گا جیسا کہ ایک گدھا اپنی چکی کے ارد گرد گھومتا ہے ۔ اہلِ جہنم اس کی یہ حالت دیکھ کر اس کے پاس جمع ہو جائیں گے اور اس سے پوچھیں گے : اے فلاں ! تمھارا کیا معاملہ ہے ؟ تم تو ہمیں نیکی کا حکم دیا کرتے تھے اور برائی سے منع کیا کرتے تھے ؟ تو وہ جواب دے گا : میں تمھیں نیکی کا حکم دیتا تھا لیکن خود اس پر عمل نہ کرتا تھا۔ اور تمھیں برائی سے منع کرتا تھا لیکن خود اس سے نہیں بچتا تھا ۔‘‘

اسی طرح حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :
’’ مجھے معراج والی رات کچھ ایسے لوگوں کے پاس لایا گیا جن کے ہونٹ آتشِ جہنم کی قینچیوں سے کاٹے جا رہے تھے ۔ ایک مرتبہ انھیں کاٹا جاتا ، پھر انھیں واپس لوٹا دیا جاتااور پھر کاٹا جاتا۔ اسی طرح انھیں عذاب دیا جا رہا تھا ۔ میں نے کہا : اے جبریل یہ کون ہیں ؟ تو انہوں نے کہا :یہ آپ کی امت کے وہ خطباء ہیں جو ایسی باتوں کا حکم دیتے تھے جن پر خود عمل نہ کرتے تھے اور کتاب اللہ کو پڑھا کرتے تھے لیکن اس پر عمل نہ کیا کرتے تھے ۔‘‘
