12. Imam Abu Ya’ala Musli [207H – 307H]

Imam Abu Ya’ala Musli (رحمه اللہ)

 

Naam-o-Nasab:

 

Ahmad naam, Abu Ya’ala Kuniyat aur nasab naama ye hai: Ahmad bin Ali bin musnna bin Yahya bin Isa bin Hilal.

 

Wiladat, khandan-o-watan:

 

Mash hoor riwayat ke mutabiq woh 207 Hijri mein apne watan Mausal mein paida huye, Hafiz Zahabi ne shawwal 210 Hijri ki riwayat ki hai, unka khandani talluq Qabeela bani Tameem se tha, isliye tameemi kehlate hain, unka watan Mausal, dajla wa Faraat ka darmiyani ilaaqa Jazeerah tha.

 

Asaatzah:

 

Imam Abu Ya’ala ke chand mash hoor asaatzah ke naam ye hain.

Ahmad bin Hatim Taweel, Ahmad bin Hanbal, Shaybaan bin farokh, Ali bin Jaad, Ghusaan bin lays, Muhammad bin minhal zareer Yahya himani aur Yahya bin Muayyen waghairah.

 

Talamizah:

 

Unkay baaz talamizah ke naam ye hain:

Ibn hibban, Abu Bakar Ismaili, Abu Bakar bin muqarrar, Abu Hatim, Abu Ali Nishapoori, Abu Umr bin Hamdan, Hamzah bin Muhammad kitabi, Muhammad bin nasar nikhaas aur nasar bin Ahmad Marji.

 

Talab Ilm ke liye safar:

 

15 saal ki umar mein unhone talab hadees ke liye safar kiya aur qiyas hai ki ki iss zamana ke dastoor ke mutabiq mukhtalif marakiz hadees ke arbab kamaal se istefadah kiya hoga.

 

Hifz-o-saqahat:

 

Hafiz Abu Ya’ala mash hoor huffaz hadees aur namwr muhaddiseen Islam mein shumaar kiye jate hain, apne ghair mamooli haafiza ki bina par, Al Hafiz aur Al Hafizul mashhoor ke laqab se yaad kiye jate thay, unki adaalat-o-saqaahat mein bhi koi kalaam nahi kiya gaya hai, Hafiz Zahabi aur Ibn Imaad Hanbali likhtay hain “Vo Siqah wa mutaqin thay” Ibn hibban ne unko Ayimma siqaat mein zikr kiya hai, Hakim ka bayan hai ki “Woh Siqah wa mamoon thay” Abu Ali unkay itqaan aur hifz-e-ahadith ke bade madaah-o-mu’atraf thay aur farmate thay ki “unse bohot kam hadeesein makhfi theen” Allamah Ibn kaseer farmatey hain “Woh apne marvyat mein Siqah wa aadil aur ahadith mein Hafiz-o-zaabit thay.

 

Zuhad-o-Itqa:

 

Imam Abu Ya’ala tadeen-o-taqwa mein aali martaba aur fazayel akhlaaq se araasta thay, Allama Zahabi likhte hain ki “Vo sadaq-o-diyanat, amaanat, hilm, taqwa aur doosray tamam Umdah ausaaf-o-kamalaat ke jaame’ thay” Ibn hibban ka bayan hai ki wo tadeen-o-itqaan se musannif thay, Hafiz Ibn kaseer ne unko sahab khair aur sahab shazraat ne Sahib-e-salaah bataya hai.

 

Ikhlaas:

 

Woh zyada namoodar ko bura samajhte thay, har kaam khaalisatan liwajhillah kartay thay, muarrikheen ka bayan hai ki vo tasneef-o-taleef, taleem hadees aur tehseel uloom me mahaz hastalillah aur ikhlas ki bina par mashghool huye they. Aik martaba Abu Umar Hairi ne unko Hasan bin Sufyan par tarjeeh di. Aik shakhs ne kaha ye ghalat hai, Hasan ki Musnad zakheem aur unkay shuyookh aala hain, Hairi ne Jawab diya ki Abu Ya’ala Hasbulillah hadees bayan kartay thay aur Hasan ka ye paisha tha.

 

Shohrat-o-maqbooliyat:

 

Imam Abu Ya’ala ko apne husn niyyat aur ikhlaas ki barkat ki wajah se badi shohrat-o-maqbooliyat hasil hui. Unki zaat awaam-o-khwaas ki aqeedat ka markaz ban gayi, unke inteqaal ke din Mausal ke bazar band ho gaye the aur logon ka jam ghufair unke janaza mein shareek tha.

 

Wafaat:

 

Taqreeban 100 saal ki umar mein 307 Hijri mein apne watan Mausal mein inteqal kiya.

 

Tasneefaat:

 

Imam Abu Ya’ala sahab tasneef thay, Hafiz Ibn kaseer likhtay hain ki vo Umdah aur behtar tasneefaat ke malik thay lekin unki 3 hi kitabon ke naam maloom ho sakey hain:

Moajjam Shah Abdul azeez Sahab likhtay hain “Unhone tarteeb shuyookh par aik kitab likhi thi.

Musnad Kabeer wa Musnad sagheer: Hafiz Abu Ya’ala ne do musnadein likhi thi. Aik Kabeer wa aik sagheer. Mash hoor Musnad sagheer hai jo 34 ajza par mushtamil hai, usko tarteeb abwaab ke lihaz se jaame’bhi kaha ja sakta hai, yeh hadees ki mash hoor aur aham kitaabon mein samjhi jati hai, usmein salaasi hadeesein bhi hain, Shah Walliullah Sahab ne usko hadees ki kitabon ke teesre tabqa mein shamil kiya hai. Hafiz Ismail tameemi farmatey hain ki maine kayi masaneed, Musnad adni aur Musnad Ibn mani waghairah padhi, unki haisiyat nehron ki hai aur Musnad Abi Ya’ala bajaz khaar ki tarah tamam nehron ka Sangam hai.”

Uski ahmiyat ki wajah se Ulamaye fan ne uske sath bada Aitna kiya hai, Hafiz Ibn kaseer ne Jame’Al masaneed wal Sunan mein aur Muhammad bin Sulaiman (م 1094 Hijri) ne jama Al fawayed min Jame’ Al Usool wa mujma Al zawayed mein uski hadeesein darj ki hain, nooruddin haismi ne uskay zawayed murattab kiye aur Hafiz Ibn Hajar ne اتحساف المهره mein aur Shahabuddin Buseri ne أطراف المساعيد العشرة mein uskay marvyaat naqal kiye hain.

Musnad Abi Ya’alake qalmi nuskhey Hyderabad ke dayeratul ma’arif Al usmaniya aur kutub khana aasifiyah ke ilawa maktaba sanadiya aur Germany ke kutub khanon mein bhi paye jate hain.
