Imam Nayeem Bin Hammad Khaza’i (رحمه اللہ)

 

 

Naam-o-Nasab

 

Nayeem naam Abu Abdullah Kuniyat aur nasab naama ye hai: Nayeem bin Hammad bin muavia bin Haris bin Hammam bin Salma bin Malik.

 

Khandan-o-watan

 

Inka Qabeela Khaza’a se khandani aur Khurasaan ke mash-hoor sheher Maroo se watani talluq tha. Lekin Misr mein mustaqil bood-o-baash ikhtiyar kar li thi is liye Khaza’i, Maroozi aur Misri ki nisbaton se mansoob kiye jate hain.

 

Asaatzah wa shuyookh

 

Unhone jin namwr Ulamaye Islam se istefadah kiya tha unke naam hasb-e-zel hain:

Ibrahim bin Saad, Ibrahim bin Zohmaan, Abu Bakar Ayaash, Abu Hamzah Askari, Abu Dawood Tiyalsi, Baqia bin Waleed, Jareer bin Abdul Hameed,Hafs bin Ghayaas, Khaarja bin Musab, Zubair bin Saad, Sufyan bin Uyenah, Abdullaah bin mubarak, Abdul Wahab Saqfi, Isa bin Ubaid Kundi, Fazal bin Moosa Sunyaani, Fazal bin Ayaaz, Nooh bin Abi Maryam, Mua’tmar bin Sulaiman aur Hasheem waghairah, Rooh bin Ubaadah se 50 hazar hadeeson ka Sama’a kiya tha.

 

Talamizah

 

Unke mash-hoor shagirdon ke naam ye hain:

Ibrahim bin Joozjaani, Abul Ahoos akbari, Abu Bakar San’ani, Abu Hatim Razi, Abu Ismail tirmizi, Ahmad bin Mansoor Rumaadi, Ahmad bin Yusuf Salma, Ismaili Samwiya, Bakar bin Sahal, Miyaati, Hamzah bin Muhammad Isa Baghdaadi, Ali bin Dawood Qanatari, Asaam bin rawaad bin jarraah, Abdullah bin Abdul Rahman Darimi, Mhammad bin Auf Taayi, Muhammad bin Yahya Zabi aur Yahya bin Mueen waghairah.

Sihah Sittah kay musannifeen ke mutalliq Hafiz Ibn Hajar likhte hain:

Imam Bukhari ne sirf ek do moqe par unse riwaayat ki hai, Baqiya Ayimma Sunan mein Imam Nasai ke ilawah sab ne unse bilwaasta riwayatein ki hain.

 

Talab hadees ke liye safar

 

Muarrikheen likhte hain ki طالب الحديث طالبا كثيرا للعراق والحجاز yani Iraq aur Hijaaz mein nihaayat dilchaspi aur inahmaak se hadees ki tehseel-o-takmeel ki, Iraq-o-Hijaaz mein ek arsa tak qayaam karne ke baad Misr tashreef laaye aur 40 saal ke lag bhg wahan rahe.

 

Hifz-o-saqaahat

 

Hifz-o-zabt aur saqaahat wa itqaan ke liye mash-hoor-o-mumtaz thay, Yahya bin Mueen, Imam Ahmad, A’jli, Ibn A’di aur Abu Hatim waghairah mutaddad akaabir muhaddiseen aur ayimma Jirah wa tadeel ne unki tauseeq ki hai, baaz aimma fan ne unke waham-o-khataa ka bhi zikr kiya hai lekin usse unki adaalat-o-saqaahat mein farq nahi aata, Ibn Mueen waghairah ka bhi yahi khayaal hai.

 

Fiqh

 

Hadees ki tarah unko bhi Fiqh se badi munaasibat thi aur Ilm farayez ke maahir thay isi liye faraizi bhi kehlaate thay, muarrikheen ne

 فقيه عارف بلفرا ء ض  aur من اعالم الناس بلفراءض kehkar iska aiteraaf kiya hai.

 

Ilm-o-Fazal

 

Unke ilm-o-Fazal ke bhi tamam Ulama mu’atraf thay, Allamah Zahabi waghairah ne unke mutalliq أحد علماء العصر (Yakta-e-rozgar) aur كان من أوعية العلم (Khazana) ilm likha hai.

 

Deeni Hamiyat

 

Naeem bin Hammad baday muttbe’ sunnat aur deendaar buzurg thay, Hafiz Ibn Hajar ka bayan hai ki vo un logon mein thay jo sunnaton ke maamle mein nihaayat mutashaddid wa mutsalab thay aur ahle bidat wa ahwaa se sakht mutanaffir aur bezaar rehte thay, bayan kiya jata hai ki pehle vo khud ko bhi jhmia firqa se ta’alluq rakhte thay lekin Abu asma ke faiz-e-sohbat se jinke ye kaatib thay aur jo Jahmiyat se sakht mutanaffir thay aur unko bhi Jahmiya aur ahle ahwaa se sakht tanaffur ho gaya tha.

 

Qaid-o-band

 

Imam Nayeem ki deeni hamiyat aur ghairat ka saboot ye bhi hai ki unse khalq-e-Qur’an ka aqeedah jabran qabool karne ke liye kaha gaya lekin unhone ashaab-e-dawat-o-azmiyat ki tarah usko maanne se inkaar kar diya, uske nateeje mein unko qaid-o-band ki mashaqqat se do chaar hona pada aur woh Misr se qeed karke Iraq laaye gaye aur Baghdad ya Saamra mein qaid khana mein inteqaal kiya.

 

Wafaat

 

13 Jamaadil Oola 228 Hijri ko inteqaal kiya, 227 Hijri bhi riwaayat ki gayi hai.

 

Tasneefaat

 

Vo kayi kitabon ke musannif bhi thay, Hafiz Ibn kaseer likhte hain

 وله المصنفات waghairah unki tasneefaat mein do kitabon ke naam maloom ho sake hain.

1-الفتن والملهم

Ye badi aham mash-hoor aur apne mauzoo par nihaayat qadeem kitab hai, iska ek qalmi nuskha British miuzeem mein maujood hai.

2- مسند

Usko qadaamat ki bina par badi ahmiyat haasil hai, ek arsa tak ye ahle Ilm mein mutadawal reh chuki hai, baaz Ulama sabse qadeem Musnad isi ko batate hain, Imam Ahmad farmatey hain hamare ilm ke mutabiq kutub Musnad mein sabse pehli tasneef Nayeem ki hai, Khateeb ne likha hai ki Musnad ke sabse pehle Jame’wa murattab yahi thay.
