Imam Ubaidullah Bin Musa abil Mukhtar Baazaam(رحمه الله)

 

Naam-o-Nasab:

 

Ubaidullah naam, Abu Muhammad Kuniyat aur nasab naama ye hai:

Ubaidullah bin Musa bin abil Mukhtar Baazaam.

 

Wiladat-o-khandaan-o-Watan:

 

128 Hijri mein Kufa mein paida huye, Qabeela Abas ke maula thay isliye Koofi aur abasi kehlatey hain lekin Allamah Sama’ani ka bayan hai:

Abasi abas bin bagheez…. Adnan ki taraf Nisbat hai aur ye vo mash-hoor Qabeela hai jiske taraf koofa ke abasi mansoob hain.

Sayyad Murtaza Zubaidi farmatey hain:

Abas koofa mein aik muhallah hai Banu Abas aakar utre thay aur unhi mein se abasi muhaddiseen hain aur ye qaidah kulia mein se hai ki jo Raawi ahle koofa mein se hota hai vo bayen mohaddah ke sath usi muhallah ki taraf mansoob hai.

In bayanaat se Ubaidullah bin Musa ka A’rb nisaad hona aur Qabeela Abas se walaa ke bajaye nisbi talluq zahir hota hai.

Asaatzah: Unke mash-hoor shuyookh ke naam ye hain:

Ibn Adam Mahaarbi, Ibn Juraij, Israil bin Younus, Ismail bin abi Khalid, Al Aa’mash, Imam Auzaa’i, Aiman bin naayal, Hasan bin Saleh, Hanzala bin Abi Sufyan, Zakariya bin Abi Zayedah, Sufyan Soori, Shaybaan, Abdul azeez bin siyaah, Usman bin asood, Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman bin Abi Layla, M’aroof bin kharbooz, Moosa bin Ubaidah Rabzi, Haroon bin Sulaiman Fara, Hashsham bin urwah, Younus bin abi Ishaaq waghairah.

 

Talamizah:

 

Unke talamizah aur muntasbeen ki tadaad be shumaar hai chand naam ye hain:

Ibrahim bin Dinar Baghdaadi, Abu Bakar bin Abi Shayba, Abu Hatim, Abu Saeed Ashaj, Ahmad bin Ibrahim Doorqi, Ahmad bin abi Sarah raazi, Ahmad bin Hanbal, Ishaaq bin Mansoor, Ishaaq bin raahwiya, Hujjaj bin Shayar, Hussain Ali bin asood, Darimi, Sufyan bin Uyanah, Abbas bin Abdul azeem munziri, Abbas doori Abdullah bin sabaah A’taar, Abdullah bin Muhammad musnadi, Usman bin abi Shayba, Qasim bin Zakariya, Muhammad bin Hussain bin ashkaab, Muhammad bin Saad kaatib waaqdi, Muhammad bin Sulaiman Baaghandi Kabeer, Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Numair, Muhammad bin Yahya zahli, Mahmood bin Gheelaan, Wakee’ bin juraah, Yahya bin Muayyen, Yaqub Sufyan waghairah. Khalid bin Humairi mehri umar mein Ubaidullah bin Musa se baday thay, uske bawajood unhone unse Ahadees riwaayat ki hain, Ayimma Sihah ne bilwaasta unse hadeesein bayan ki hain.

 

Hifz-o-saqaahat:

 

Ulamaye fan ne unka “Al Hafiz” keh kar ta’aruf karaya hai, Ibn maeen, Ibn A’di aur Ajli waghairah ne unki tauseeq ki hai, Ibn Hibban wa Ibn Shaheen ne Siqaat mein tazkirah kiya hai, Abu Hatim aur Ibn-e-Saad Siqah, Sadooq aur hasanul hadees batate hain, Abu Dawood ne unko jayezul hadees aur Ibn Qane’ne Salehul hadees kaha hai, Israil ke marooyaat ke sabse zyada mo’tabar Raawi yahi samjhe jaate the.

 

Hadees mein darja:

 

Ilm hadees mein unka maqam nihaayat buland tha, Ulamaye fan ko unki is khusoosiyat ka aiteraaf hai, unke paas Ahadees ka nihaayat waafir zakheerah tha, Allama Ibn Saad ne unhe kaseer ul hadees likha hai.

 

Qiraat-o-tafseer aur Fiqh:

 

Vo hadees ke ilawah fan e Qiraat, tafseer aur Fiqh mein bhi badi mahaarat rakhte the, Hamzah, Ali bin Saleh aur Isa bin Umar se Ilm Qiraat ki tehseel ki thi aur logon ko iski taleem bhi dete thay. Uloom Qur’ani mein mahaarat ki wajah se Sahab Qur’an kehlate thay. Ajli ka bayan hai ki “عالما بل قرأن راسافيه” aur Fiqh mein bhi yakgoona imtiyaaz rakhte thay,

Sahab maraatul jinnaan ka bayan hai:

كان إماما فى الفقه والحديث والقرآن

Yaani Ubaidullah Fiqh,hadees aur Qur’an se mutalliqa uloom ke Imam thay.

 

Zuhad-o-ibaadat:

 

Ilm-o-fazal ki tarah zuhad-o-taqwa aur tadayyun mein bhi mumtaz thay Yafa’i likhte hain, Vo ibaadat-o-salaah se muttasif thay. Allamah Zahabi ka bayan hai, Vo Zahid, ibaadat guzaar aur sahab-e-diyaanat thay.

 

Waqaar:

 

Muarrikheen ne likha hai ki vo Sharm-o-haya ki wajah se hamesha nigahein neechi rakhe aur sar jhukaaye rehte thay, unko kabhi hansi mazaaq ki baat karte nahi dekha gaya, nihaayat ba waqaar tareeqa par rehtay thay.

 

Aqeedah-o-maslak:

 

Baaz logon ne unko Shia likha hai magar shi’ayiyat us zamane mein tafzeelbat samjhi jati thi.

 

Wafaat:

 

Mamoon ke ahad khilafat mein shawwal ke akhir ya shuru zil qadah 213 Hijri mein daayi ajal ko labbaik kaha.

 

Tasneefaat:

 

Ubaidullah ki tasneefaat mein sirf Musnad ka pata chalta hai, uski ahmiyat ka sabab bhi qadaamat hai, baaz Ulamaye Islam ne sabse qadeem Musnad isi ko qarar diya hai lekin aam logon ka khayaal hai ki koofa mein sabse pehle yahi Musnad likhi gayi. Ulamaye muhaddiseen ne iski qadaamat ki wajah se uska khusoosiyat ke sath zikr kiya hai.

 

Aik shubha ka jawab:

 

Baaz aimma Jrah-o-ta’deel me shi’ayiyat ki wajah se unki taz’eef ki hai, Imam Ahmad aur baaz dusre Ulama ne unhe Sahib-e-takhleet aur munkirul hadees qarar diya hai, Usman bin abi Shayba unki saqahat-o-sadaaqat ke mu’atraf hone ke bawajood kehte hain ki vo Sufyan Soori ki hadeeson mein qabeeh qism ka izteraab karte thay lekin majmuyi taur par unki tauseeq ki gayi hai, Allama Zahabi kehte hain ki “Vo Imam Bukhari ke shuyookh mein hain aur bazaat-e-khud nihaayat Siqah buzurg thay, albattah shi’ayiyat se mut-ham kiye jate thay” aimma Sihah ka unse riwaayat karna unke zabt-o-saqaahat ka bada saboot hai.
