Aurat ko namaz-e-eid kay liye masjid mein jaaney ka haq kiyon nahi?
Jawab:
Alhumdulillah!
Jo shakhs yeh kehta hai ke aurat masjid main Namaz-e-Eid kay lie nahi jaye gi, uss ki baat sahi nahi. Balkeh Nabi (ﷺ) ney to auraton ko Namaz-e-Eid kay liye janey ka hukum diya hai
Umm-e-Attiyya (رضی اللہ عنہا) bayan karti hain ke humein Eid kay roz nikalney ka hukum diya gaya, hatta ke kunwari larki bhi apney kamrey se nikal kar jaaye aur haiza aurtein bhi jaen gi aur woh logon lay peechey rahein gi aur unki takbeer kay saath takbeerein aur unki dua kay saath dua karein gi iss se woh iss roz ki barkat aur pakeezgi bhi hasil karein gi.

Lekin agar aurat haeza hai to woh namaz wali jagah se alag rahey aur wahan dakhil nahi ho gi balkeh musalmanon ki dua aur khair mein shamil hogi aur eidgah se bahar khuttba suney gi aur aurat ko iss roz zaib-o-zeenat se ijtinaab karna ho ga aur woh apney puraney libas mein jaaye jiss mein woh kisi bhi qism ki zeenat-o-zaibaesh na ho taa ke woh mardon ko fitney mein na daley aur na hi khushbu aur ittr’ istemal kar key jaye gi.
Abdullah Bin Mubarak (رحمہ اللہ) kehtey hain; Agar aurat janey par israar karey to khawand ko ussey ijaazat dey ke woh ba parda ho kar puraney libaas mein baghair zeenat kiye jaaye aur agar woh inkar karey ke woh iss tarah nahi jaye gi balkeh zaibaish karey gi to khawand ko rokney ka haq hasil hai.

Why Women are not allowed for EID’s Namaz in Masjid?

Praise be to Allah.
Whoever says that women should not pray Eid in the mosque should note that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) commanded women to go out to the Eid prayers. It was narrated that Umm ‘Atiyyah said: “We were commanded to go out on the day of Eid, even to bring out the virgins from their seclusion and the menstruating women, who would be behind the people, joining in their takbeer and du’aa’s, sharing the blessings of this day.”
(Narrated by al-Bukhaari, al-Jumu’ah, 918)
But if a woman is menstruating she should keep away from the prayer place and not enter it, but she should witness the good and the du’aa’ of the Muslims, and listen to the khutbah from outside the prayer place. A woman should avoid wearing adornments and go out wearing old clothes which do not form any kind of adornment in themselves, so that she will not be a source of temptation to men. She should not go out wearing perfume. ‘Abd-Allaah ibn al-Mubaarak said, “If a woman insists on going out, then her husband should give her permission to go out wearing old clothes and not wearing adornments. If she insists on that then the husband has the right to prevent her from going out.” And Allaah knows best.

عورت مسجد ميں نماز عيد ادا نہيں كرے گى كا رد

عورت كو نماز عيد كے ليے مسجد ميں جانے كا حق كيوں نہيں ؟
جواب کا متن
الحمد للہ.
جو شخص يہ كہتا ہے كہ عورت مسجد ميں نماز عيد كے ليے نہيں جائيگى، اس كى بات صحيح نہيں.
بلكہ نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے تو عورتوں كو نماز عيد كے ليے جانے كا حكم ديا ہے.
ام عطيہ رضى اللہ تعالى عنہا بيان كرتى ہيں كہ:
” ہميں عيد كے روز نكلنے كا حكم ديا گيا، حتى كہ كنوارى لڑكى بھى اپنے كمرہ سے نكل كر جائے، اور حائضہ عورتيں بھى جائيں گى، اور وہ لوگوں كے پيچھے رہينگى، اور ان كى تكبير كے ساتھ تكبيريں اور ان كى دعاء كے ساتھ دعا كرينگى اس سے وہ اس روز كى بركت اور پاكيزگى حاصل كرينگى”
صصحيح بخارى الجمعۃ حديث نمبر ( 918 ).
ليكن اگر عورت حائضہ ہے تو وہ نماز والى جگہ سے عليحدہ رہے اور وہاں داخل نہيں ہو گى، بلكہ مسلمانوں كى دعاء اور خير ميں شامل ہو گى، اور عيدگاہ سے باہر خطبہ سنے گى.
اور عورت كواس روز زيب و زينت سے اجتناب كرنا ہو گا، اور وہ اپنے پرانے لباس ميں جائے ( وہ لباس جس ميں كسى بھى قسم كى زينت و زيبائش نہ ہو ) تا كہ وہ مردوں كو فتنہ ميں نہ ڈالے، اور نہ ہى خوشبو اور عطر استعمال كر كے جائيگى.
عبد اللہ بن مبارك رحمہ اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں: … اگر عورت جانے پر اصرار كرے تو خاوند كو اسے اجازت دے كہ وہ باپرد ہو كر پرانے لباس ميں بغير زيب و زينت كيے جائے، اور اگر وہ انكار كرے كہ وہ اس طرح نہيں جائيگى بلكہ زيبائش كرے گى تو خاوند كو روكنے كا حق حاصل ہے.
