JISM KAY BAAL UTAARNA

Aurat kay liye apney jism ke baal utaarney ka hukum kiya hai, agar jayez hai to phir yeh baal kon utaar sakta hai ?

Jawab ka matan

Alhamdulillah .

” Aurat kay liye sar aur abroo kay baal kay ilawa baqi baal utaarney jayez hain, abroo aur sar kay baal utaarney jayez nahi, aur na hi woh abroo aur sar ka koi baal kat sakti hai, aur na hi moond sakti hai, aur baqi jism kay baal yaa to woh khud utaarey, yaa phir uss ka khawind, yaa koi uss ka mehram wahaan se jis hissey ko uss kay liye dekhna jayez hai, yaa koi aurat jis kay us hissey se jahaan iss ko dekhna jayez hai .”

Ruling on removing body hair

Question

What is the ruling on a woman removing hair from her body? If it is permitted, then who is allowed to do that for her?

Answer

Praise be to Allah.

It is permissible for her to do that apart from the hair of the eyebrows and head; she is not permitted to remove that hair or any part of it. She may do that herself or her husband or one of her mahrams may do it with regard to the parts of the body that they are allowed to see; or another woman may do it with regard to the parts of the body that she is allowed to see.

جسم كے بال اتارنا

عورت كے ليے اپنے جسم كے بال اتارنے كا حكم كيا ہے، اگر جائز ہے تو پھر يہ بال كون اتار سكتا ہے ؟

الحمد للہ.

” عورت كے ليے سر اور ابرو كے بال كے علاوہ باقى بال اتارنے جائز ہيں، ابرو اور سر كے بال اتارنے جائز نہيں، اور نہ ہى وہ ابروا ور سر كا كوئى بال كاٹ سكتى ہے، اور نہ ہى مونڈ سكتى ہے، اور باقى جسم كے بال يا تو وہ خود اتارے، يا پھر اس كا خاوند، يا كوئى اس كا محرم وہاں سے جس حصہ كو اس كے ليے ديكھنا جائز ہے، يا كوئى عورت جس كے اس حصہ سے جہاں اس كو ديكھنا جائز ہے .
