IGHLAM BAZI/ LIWATAT:
Allah عزوجل ne apni kitabe Aziz mein kai mawaqe’ par qaume loot ka qissa bayan kia hai, us mein se Allah ta’ala ka farman hai:
فَلَمَّا جَآءَ اَمْرُنَا جَعَلْنَا عَالِیَهَا سَافِلَهَا وَ اَمْطَرْنَا عَلَیْهَا حِجَارَةً مِّنْ سِجِّیْلٍ مَّنْضُوْدٍۙ۞
“Phir jab hamara hukum aa pohoncha, ham ne us basti ko ulat kar , upar tale kar dia aur us par lagatar pathar kay kankar barsaae”
مسومة
Ya’ani nishan zadah the , in se ma’lum hota hai keh woh dunia kay pathar nahin hain,
عند ربك
Ya’ani us kay khazanon mein, uski ijazat kay bagher us mein kisi qisam ka koi tasarruf nahin kia ja sakta
وما هي من الظالمين ببعيد
Is ummat kay zalim log bhi jab unhi jesa Fai’l karenge tou un par bhi wahi azab nazil hoga, aur yeh un se koi dur nahin
Isi lie Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Mujhe tumhare baare mein jis cheez ka sab se ziada andeshah hai woh qaume loot ka Amal hai”
[Ibne Majah; Tirmidhi]
Aap ne un jese fail kay murtakib kay lie 3 bar la’anat karte hue farmaya:
“Allah qaume loot ka sa amal karne wale shakhs par la’anat farmae aur us shakhs par la’anat farmae Jo qaume loot ka sa Fai’l karta hai aur is shakhs par la’anat farmae Jo qaume loot ka sa amal karta hai “
Aur Aap ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Tum jis shakhs ko qaume loot ka sa amal karte Dekhi tou faa’il aur maf’ool dono ko qatal kar do”
[Abu Dawood: 4462; Tirmidhi: 1456; Ibne Majah: 2563]
Ibne Abbas رضي الله عنهما ne farmaya:
“Basti ki sab se oonchi imarat Dekhi jae aur us (lawatat karne wale) ko usse gira dia jae aur phir upar se pathar barsae jaen jesa keh qaume loot kay Sath kia gaya
Musalmanon ka is par ijmaa’ hai keh lawatat kabeera gunahon mein se hai, jise Allah ta’ala ne Haram qarar dia hai: Allah ta’ala ne farmaya:
أَتَأْتُونَ الذُّكْرَانَ مِنَ الْعَالَمِينَ ۞ وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمْ رَبُّكُمْ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِكُمْ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ عَادُونَ۞
“Kia saare Jahan mein se tum hi mardon par maail hote ho, aur tumhare Rabb ne tumhare lie jo biwian paida ki hain, unko chor dete ho, balkeh Tum hadd se guzar Jane wali qaum hi”
(Ash shu’ara’ 26: 165-166)
Ya’ani halal se Haram ki taraf tajawuz kar kare ho, aur Allah ta’ala ne dusri ayat mein apne Nabi loot عليه السلام kay baare mein farmaya:
وَ لُوْطًا اٰتَیْنٰهُ حُكْمًا وَّ عِلْمًا وَّ نَجَّیْنٰهُ مِنَ الْقَرْیَةِ الَّتِیْ كَانَتْ تَّعْمَلُ الْخَبٰٓىٕثَؕ-اِنَّهُمْ كَانُوْا قَوْمَ سَوْءٍ فٰسِقِیْنَۙ۞
Aur ham ne usko us basti se nijat di jis kay rehne wale gande kaamon kay aadi the , beshak woh buri aur badkaar qaum thi”
(Al Anbia’ 21:74)
Unki basti ka Nam saddoom tha , us kay bashinde gande kaam krte the Jin ka Allah سبحانه و تعالى ne apni kitab mein zikar kia hai , woh sare Jahan mein se sirf wohi aise the Jo mardon se unki peeth mein jimaa’ kia karte the aur deegar bite kaamon kay Sath sath apni majlison mein gooz marte the
Ibne Abbas رضي الله عنه se riwayat hai keh unhon ne farmaya: 10 khaslaten qaume loot kay aa’mal mein se hain, mang nikalna, button khole rakhna, ghaleela phenkna, kankari phenkna, kabootar baazi, unglion se seeti bajana, airian chatakhna, izaar latkana, bari chaadren orhna
Sharab noshi ka aadi hona aur mardon se bad kaari karna aur yeh ummat is mein yeh izafa karegi aurat aurton se apni sharamgahen mila kar bad kaari karengi
Aur Nabi ﷺ se marwi hai keh aap ne farmaya:
“Aurton ka aapas mein sharamhmgah Milana, ragarna , Zina hai” [Ad dauri 78; Al aajri 22; Iski sanad mein ek matrook rawi hai]
Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه bayan karte hain RasullAllah ﷺ ne farmaya:
“4 qisam kay log Allah kay ghazab mein subah karte hain aur Allah ki narazgi mein sham karte hain, arz kia gaya, Allah kay Rasul! Woh kon log hain? Farmaya: ” mardon mein se aurton se mushabihat karne wale, aurton mein mardon se mushabihat karne wali, chopayon aur mard kay Sath lawatat karne Wala ” [Tabrani; Baihiqi]
Marwi hai [suyooti ne ise zikar kia hai] keh jab mard, mard kay Sath lawatat karta hai tou Allah ta’ala kay khauf se arshe Rahman kaano jata hai , qareeb hai keh aasman zameen par gir pare, pas farishte use kinaron se pakar lete hain aur woh surahe ikhlas ki tilawat shuru kar dete hain, hatta keh Allah عزوجل ka ghazab tham jata hai
Nabi ﷺ se riwayat hai ap ne farmaya:
“7 qisam kay log Jin par Allah ta’ala la’anat farmata hai aur woh Roz-e-Qayamat (nazre rehmat se) unki taraf nhin dekhega aur farmaega:
Jahannum mein Jane walon kay Sath Tum bhi dakhil hojao, qaume loot ka Amal karne Wala ya’ani faa’il aur maf’ool, chopayon kay Sath bura fail karne Wala, maan aur uski beti se jimaa’ karne Wala aur masht zani karne Wala, illa yeh keh woh tauba kar len “
Aur marwi hai keh kuch log Qayamat kay din aenge keh un kay hath (masht zani ki wajah se) haamla honge , woh Dunia mein apni sharamgahon kay sath Abas kaam kiya karte the. Ye bhi marvi hai keh chousar khelna, kabootaron a muqabila karana, kutton ko larana, mendhon ko bharana, murgh larana, nannge nahana aur naap taul mein kami karna qaume loot kay aa’mal mein se hai, aisa karne wale kay lie wail
( Halakat, tab’bahi) hai Ibn-e-Abbas رضى الله عنه bayan karte hain: liwatat karne wala agar touba kiye bagher faut hojae tou usse us ki qabar mein khinzeer ki sorat mein maskh kar diya jata hai.
[Ibne Jouzi ne usse mouzoaat mein marfoo’an zikar kiya hai aur farmaya: Mardan bin Muhammad munkir riwayaat riwayat karta hai, jab’keh Ismail bin umm darham qabil-e-hujjat nahi]
Aur Ap ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Jo shakhs kisi mard ya aurat ki pusht mein jam’a kare tou Allah us ki taraf nahi dekhega”.
[Tirmizi’ ; Nisai’; Ibne Hibban]
Abu Saeed Sa’aloki ne bayan kiya: is um’mat mein kuch aise log honge jinhe Looti kaha jaega. Un ki teen qismen hongi. Aik qisam hogi jo srif dekhenge. Dosri qisam kay log musafah karenge aur teesri qisam qisam kay log ye amal karenge. Kisi aurat aur bay resh larke ko nazar e shehwat se dekhna zinna hai. Nabi ﷺ se sahih sabit hai keh Ap ne farmaya:
“Ankh ka zinna’ zaban ka zinna bolna hai’ hath ka zinna pakarna hai’ paon ka zinna chalna hai. Kaan ka zinna sun’na hai. Nasf tammana aur raghbat rakhta hai ‘ jab’keh sharamgah us ki tasdeeq karti hai ya us ki takzeeb karti hai “.

Issi liye Salheen ne bay resh larkon ki taraf dekhne, un se mail jool rakhne aur un ki ham nasheeni se mubaligha ki hadd tak airaaz kiya hai.
Hassan bin Zakwan ( Basri) ne kaha: maal daaron kay bachon se ham nasheeni na rakho, kyun keh un ki soraten kanwari larkiyon jaisi hoti hain. Aur wo auraton se bhi ziyada fitne ka baais bante hain.
Ba’az Taab’en ne kaha: main ibadat guzaar Nojawan kay bare mein nuqsan puhnchane wale darinde se itna khouf zida nahi jitna us bay resh larke ka khattra hai jo us kay pas bethta hai aur ye mashwarah tha keh koi admi kisi bay resh larke’ kay sath kisi aik jagah raat basar na kare aur ba’az Ulma ne bay resh lark kay sath ghar ya dukan ya hammam mein, aurat par qiyas karte hue, khalwat nasheeni ko haram qarar diya hai. Kyun keh Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya:
“Jo admi aurat kay sath khalwat ikhtyar karta hai tou un kay sath teesra shaitan hota hai”.
[1]Tirmizi’ Tabrani ne issi tarah ki Hadith Abu Umama رحمه الله se riwayat ki hai aur Imam Munzri ne us kay zaeef hone ki taraf ishara kiya hai.
Bay resh larkon mein aise bhi hote hain jo auraton se bhi ziyada haseen hote hain, is liye us se bare fitne ka andesha hai aur jis qadar us kay mutaliq shar ka imkaan hai utna aurat kay bare mein imkaan nahi hota aur shak o shirk kay zare’a jis qadar us kay haq mein rasai asaan hai utni asaan rasai aurat kay haq mein nahi. Is liye wo badarja aula haram hai. Un par bay resh larkon se farrar hasil karne aur un ko dekhne se bachne kay mutaliq Ulma Salf kay be shumar Aqwal hain aur unho ne unhi “Antan””do na Paak cheezon” ka naam diya hai kyun keh wo shar’an us ko na paak samajhte aur nafrat karte hain. Ham ne jo zikar kiya hai ye sab kay liye brabar hai, khuwah koi islaah ki gharz se dekhta hai waise dekhta hai. Ya’ani bay resh larkon ko nahi dekhna chahiye. Sufyan Souri رحمه الله hammam mein dakhil hue tou aik haseen larka wahan puhnch gaya tou unho ne kaha: usse mere pas se le jao, usse nikalo, main samajhta hon keh har aurat kay sath aik shaitan hota hai aur main samajhta hon keh har khobsorat lakre kay sath kuch das kay qareeb shaitan hote hain.
Aik admi Imam Ahmed رحمه الله kay pas aya, us kay sath aik khobsorat larka tha. Imam رحمه الله ne pocha: ye tumhara kia lagta hai? Us ne kaha: Mera bhanja hai. Unho ne kaha: aenda isse hamare pas na lana aur is kay sath raste mein na chalna keh jo shakhs tumhen aur isss nahi janta wo tumhare mutaliq bad gumani ka shikaar na ho.
Marvi hai keh Abdul Qais ka afd Nabi ﷺ ki khidmat mein hazir hua tou un mein aik khobsorat bay resh larka bhi tha. Tou Nabi ﷺ ne usse apne peeche bethaya aur farmaya:
“Daood عليه السلام ka fitna nazar se tha”. [Delmi ne isse riwayat kiya hai.]
Ibne Salah ne salas ki sorat mein farmaya:
“Is Hadith ka koi asal nahi”. Zarkashi ne Sharah ul Kubra ki ahadith ki takhreej mein farmaya: ye Hadith munkir hai is kay radiyon mein zaeef, majhool raawi aur samundar mein inqitaa bhi hai aur unho ne us kay batlaan kay liye Nabi ﷺ kay us farman se istidlaal kiya hai:
Main apni pusht kay peeche se bhi tumhen dekhta hon”.
Ash’aar :
كل الحوادث مبدؤها من النظر
و معظم النار من مستصغر الشرر
“Tammam hadsaat ki ibtida nazar se hoti hai. Choti si chingari bohat bari aag ka pesh khaima hoti hai”.
و المرء مادام ذا عين يقلبها
في أعين الغير موقوف على الخطر
“Admi jab ankhen pherta rehta hai tou ghair ki ankh par thehrta hai “.
کم نظرة فعلت في قلب صاحبها
فعل السهام بلا قوس ولا وتر
“Kitni martaba us dekhne ne dekhen wale kay dil mein guman kay bagher teer ka sa kam hai”.
يسر ناظره ماضر خاطره
لا مرحبا بسرور عاد بالضرر
“Dekhne wale ko ye bhala maloom hota hai jab’keh wo us kay Dil kay liye nuqsan deh hai.”
Aise suroor ka istaqbal na karo jis ka anjaam nuqsan ho”.
Mashoor hai keh nazar, zinna ka Qasid hai aur Hadith mein hai:
“Nazar iblees kay teeron se aik zehr aalod teer hai, pas jo shakhs Allah ki Raza ki khatir usse chor deta hai tou Allah kay Dil mein ibadat ki halawat paida kar deta hai, jisse wo Roz e qayamat tak mehsoos karta rehta hai”.
FASAL
Jo shakhs Khushi se apne aap ko burai kay lie paish karta hai, uski saza kay baare mein hai. Khalid bin Waleed رضي الله عنه se riwayat hai keh unhon ne Abu Bakr Siddique رضي الله عنه ko khat likha keh unhon ne kisi elaqe mein ek aadmi ko paya hai Jo apni peeth mein jimaa’ karata hai tou Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه ne is maamle mein sahaba se mashwara talab kia tou Ali bin Abi talib رضي الله عنه ne farmaya: ye aisa gunah hai jis ka irtikab sirf qaume loot ne kia aur Allah ne un kay Sath Jo sulook kia , us baare mein us ne hamen bata dia, Mera mashwara hai keh use aag se jala dia jae, pas Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه ne unhen jawab likha keh us shakhs ko aag se jala dia jae, tou Khalid رضي الله عنه ne usko aag se jala dia [Ibne abi Dunia ne jayyad sanad se use riwayat kia hai1]
Ali رضي الله عنه ne farmaya: Jo shakhs apni marzi se apne se burai karne ka ikhtiyar de tou Allah us par aurton ki si shohrat daal deta hai aur usko Roz-e-Qayamat tak uski qabar mein shaitan mardud bana deta hai.
Ummat ka is ijmaa’ hai keh jo shakhs apne mamlook se aisa Fai’l kare tou woh looti mujrim hai.
Marwi hai keh Eesa bin Mariam عليه السلام apni sayyahat kay dauran ek aag kay pas se guzre Jo ek aadmi par jalai gai thi, pas Eesa عليه السلام ne us se aag bujhane kay lie Pani lia tou aag ek larka ban Gai aur woh aadmi aag mein tabdeel ho gaya. Eesa ko is se bohot ta’ajjub hua aur Dua ki, parwardigar! In ko inki Dunia wali halat mein lauta de taakeh main in se in kay halaat kay baare mein sawal kar sakun, pas Allah ta’ala ne un donon ko zindah kia tou woh donon ek aadmi aur ek larka the, Eesa عليه السلام ne un donon se farmaya:
Tumhara kia ma’amlah hai? Aadmi ne farmaya: Roohullah! Main Dunia mein is larke ki muhabbat mein giriftar tha, shehwat mujh par ghalib ai , us ne mujhe is larke kay Sath burai karne par aamadah kia, pas
Jab main faut hua aur larka bhi faut ho gaya tou ek martabah yeh aag ban kar mujhe jalata hai aur ek martabah main aag ban kar ise jalata hun aur Roz-e-Qayamat tak hamara azab jaari rahega
Ham Allah kay azab se uski panah talab karte hain aur ham us se darguzar wa aafiat aur aise umoor ki taufeeq ki darkhwast karte hain Jo use pasand hain aur woh jin se razi hota hai.
FASAL
Aurat se uski peeth mein jimaa’ karna bhi lawatat mein ata hai, jise Allah ta’ala aur us kay Rasul (ﷺ) ne Haram qarar dia hai, Allah عزوجل ne farmaya:
نِسَآؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَّكُمْ۪-فَاْتُوْا حَرْثَكُمْ اَنّٰى شِئْتُمْ٘
“Tumhari biwian tumhare lie khetian hain, pas jis tarah tum chaho apni kheti mein ao”
(Al Baqarah 2:223)
Ya’ani jis tarah tum chaho, samne se ya peeche se , yeh ikhtiyar hasil hai, lekin aana ek hi jagah par hai aur woh aurat ki sharamgah hai.
Is ayat ka sababe nuzool yeh hai keh RasullAllah ﷺ kay zamane mein yahood kaha karte the:
“Jab aadmi aurat se uski pichli taraf se uski agli sharamgah mein jimaa’ kare tou paida hone wala bacha bhenga hota hai, RasullAllah ﷺ kay Sahabah ne is is baare mein pucha tou Allah ta’ala ne un kay is khayal ki takzeeb mein yeh ayat nazil farmai:
نِسَآؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَّكُمْ۪-فَاْتُوْا حَرْثَكُمْ اَنّٰى شِئْتُمْ٘
“Tumhari biwian tumhare lie khetian hain, pas jis tarah tum chaho apni kheti mein ao”
(Al Baqarah 2:223)
Jis tarah chaho ao lekin shart yeh hai keh aana ek hi jagah hai aur woh hai sharamgah
Ek riwayat mein hai:
“Peeth aur haiz se bacho”
“Simam wahid” ya’ani ek jagah aur woh sharamgah hai, kyun keh kheti ka mauze’ wohi hai ya’ani bache ki kheti ki jagah jahan bacha tayar hona hai, rahi peeth, wo tou pait se kharij hone wali reeh ya ghalazat ki
Jagah hai aur ye khabees gandi cheez hai. Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه ne Rasool Allah ﷺ se riwayat kiya hai keh Ap ne farmaya:
“Jo shakhs haiza se ya us ki peeth mein jam’a karta hai ya wo kisi Kahin kay pas jata hai tou us ne Muhammad ﷺ par nazil hone wali Shari’at ka inkaar kar diya”. [1]
Pas jo shakhs Aurat se us kay ayam haiz mein jam’a kare us ki peeth mein jam’a kare tou wo lanati hai aur wo us shadeed waeed mein dakhil hai. Aur is tarah jo shakhs Kahin kay pas jata hai tou wo bhi ussi zamre mein ata hai, Kahin wo najoomi hai jo gum shuda aur saman sarooqa kay mutaliq jan’ne ka da’wa karta hai aur ghaibi umoor kay mutaliq baat karta hai. Pas jo shakhs us se sawal kare aur usse sacha jane tou wo bhi maloon hai.
Bohat se jahan un ma’asi mein mubtila hain aur ye un kay ilm o ma’arifat ki qillat kay bai’s hai. Issi liye Abu Darwa رضي الله عنه ne farmaya: Alim bin Mutalim ya ilm ki asmat karne wala ban ya ilm se muhabat karne wala. Un kay ilawa panchwa na ban, warna to hal’lak hojaega. Aur us se murad wo shakhs hai jo ilm rakhta hai na seekhta aur na hi sunta hai aur na hi ilm se ta’aluq rakhne walon se muhabat karta hai. Bande par wajib hai keh wo tammam gunahon aur khattaon se Allah kay Huzoor touba kare aur jihalat ki bina par jo kuch ho chuka hai us par Allah we Afw wa Darguzar ki darkhuwast kare aur jo baqi Zindagi reh gai hai us mein afiyat talab kare.
Ae Allah! Ham ap se Deen o duniya aur akhirat kay hawale se Afw wa Darguzar aur afiyat ka sawal karte hain, yaqeenan to sab Rehm karne walon se ziyada Rehm karne wala hai.

11. Sodomy
Allah, Most High recounts in His Book the story of Lut’s people in several positions. Allah, the
Almighty says,{When Our decree issued, We turned (the cities) upside down, and rained down on them brimstones hard as baked clay, spread, layer on layer, marked from thy Lord; nor are they ever far from those who do wrong!”}
(Hud: 82-83)
This abode is not far from those who do wrong amongst our nation if they committed the same sin.
Therefore, the Prophet (pbuh) said, “What I fear most is that my nation may follow the crime of Lut’s
people.”¹[At-Tirmidhi]
The Prophet also said, “May Allah curse him who does what Lut’s people did.”² [At-Tirmidhi]
He said it twice.
It was related that the Prophet (pbuh) said,
“Whoever is caught doing the crime of Lut’s people, you should kill the one who sodomizes and the one who lets it be done to him.”³[At-Tirmidhi]
Ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said, “Look for the highest building in the town, and then throw them down and stone them like the abode of Lut’s people.”
There is a scholarly consensus that sodomy is among the major sins forbidden by Allah,
{Of all creatures in the world, will ye approach males, and leave those whom Allah has created for you to be your mates? Nay, ye are a people transgressing (all limits!}
(A-Shu`ara: 165-166)
Allah, Most High, says,
{And Lut, too, We gave Judgment and Knowledge, and We saved him from the town which practiced abominations: truly they were a people given to evil, a rebellious people.}
(Al-Anbya’: 74)
The town where those people lived was called Sodom. They used to practice the abominations mentioned by Allah in His Book. They used to commit sodomy; make sounded wind in their assembly and many other offensive practices.
He (pbuh) said,
“Lesbianism is adultery between them.”
The Prophet (pbuh) said, “Four people entail Allah’s wrath in night and day. ” It was asked, “Who are they, Messenger of Allah?”
He answered, “Effeminate men and masculine women, the adulterer of animals and sodomizers.”¹
[¹Reported by Ibn Hajar Al-Haithami on the authority of Abu Hurairah in Majma Al-Zawa`id]
It is narrated that when two men start to commit sodomy, Allah’s Throne vibrates fearing Allah’s wrath.
The heavens almost fall on the earth but the angels hold their outskirts and recite Surat AI-Ikhlas until
Allah’s wrath reposes.”
The Prophet (pbuh) said,
“On the Day of Judgment, there will be seven people who will be excluded from Allah’s Mercy and purification. Allah will sentence them to enter the Hell-Fire with those who enter it: Those who commit sodomy, the one who commits masturbation, the one who approaches an animal from its anus, the one who approaches a woman from her anus, the one who marries a woman and her daughter altogether, the adulterer of his neighbor’s wife and the one who brings harm to his neighbor until he accurse him.”²
[²Reported by Ibn Kathir in his ‘Great Exegesis”. It is Gharib hadith]
It was narrated that, “there will be some people who will be assembled on the Day of Judgment with pregnant hands because of committing adultery. They used to make play of their genitals in the world.”
It was also narrated that,
“Among the practices of Lut’s people is playing with dice, competing by flying pigeons, entering the bathroom naked, cheating in measures and weights. O woe to those who do so.”³
[³It is subsumed under weak hadiths]
Ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said, “When a sodomite dies without making repentance, he will turn into a pig in his grave.”
The Prophet (pbuh) said,
“Allah does not look to a man who commits sodomy with a man or a woman.” ⁴
[⁴Reported by At-Tirmidhi. It is good but Gharib hadith]
Abu Sa’id As-Su’luk said, “There will be some people who will be called sodomites in this Ummah (nation). They are of three kinds: some who just gaze, others who just shake hands, and the last who commit the abominable act.”⁵

Looking at a woman or a juvenile out of sexual excitement is adultery as mentioned in the following hadith:
“A man commits adultery with his eyes when he looks at a strange woman,’ the adultery of the ears is listening to sexual dialogue, adultery of the tongue is talking about sex,’ the adultery of the hand is to catch which is unlawful,’ and the adultery of the feet is going towards a strange woman; the heart ardently desires adultery,’ and the sexual organs confirm or contradict the act.”¹

Therefore, the righteous men stress the necessity of keeping away from juveniles. AI-Hasan Ibn Zakwan said, “Do not be accustomed to sit with the wealthy men’s kids since they are good looking like the virgin ladies. They might be more fascinating than women.”² [²Reported by Al-Dailami]
One of the earlier scholars also said, “I do not fear a beast of prey when attacking a devout young man.I just fear a juvenile when sitting with him.” More than that he said, ‘A man should not sleep with a juvenile together.” It is unlawful for a man as scholars argued, to stay alone with a juvenile in a house, a shop or a bathroom as in the case of men and women.
Among juveniles are those who may be more beautiful than women. He may be most fascinating. It is easy to justify what you do of evil with him than is with a woman. Therefore, such deep feelings are most likely unlawful. Numerous maxims of the early Muslims were postulated as warnings from keeping near of them.
Once, Sufyan Ath- Thawri entered a public bath and the a hand some boy entered after him. Sufyan said, “Get him out because when ever I see a woman I see a Devil but whenever I see a handsome boy I see a group of devils.”
A man visited Imam Ahmad accompanied with a handsome boy. Imam Ahmad said, “Who is that?” The man replied, “My nephew.” Imam Ahmad said, “Do not come again with him. Nor should you walk with him lest the people who do not know you think something bad about you.
When the delegate of `Abdel-Qays came to the Prophet (pbuh) there was a handsome juvenile with them. The Prophet (pbuh) made him sit behind his back and said,
“The trial of Dawud pertained to the gaze.”³

It was said that the look is message of adultery.
The Prophet (pbuh) said, “Eye-looking is a poisonous arrow of Satan and whoever gives it up for the sake of Allah, he will feel the
joys of Worship which will persist until the Day of Judgement.”⁴

The Punishment of Sodomites
Khalid Ibn Al-Waleed (may Allah be pleased with him) related that one day he found a sodomite committing such practice. Then, Abu Bakr consulted the other Companions (may Allah bless them all) `Ali Ibn Abi Talib said, “This sin was only done by Lut’s people and we knew how they were punished by Allah, the Almighty. I think he should be burnt.” Therefore, Abu Bakr sent a message toKhalid ordering him to bum the sodomite. Then Khalid burnt him. ”
‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said, “Whoever allows someone else to fornicate with him, he will be addicted by the appetite of woman and will be an accursed Satan in his grave until the day of Judgement.”
It was related that Jesus, the son of Marry (pbuh), passed by a flaming fire burning a man when he was in a journey. Then, Jesus carried Some water to extinguish the fire. But, the fire turned into a boy and the man turned into fire. Surprisingly, Jesus said, “O Lord! May You return them back to life to ask them how they are? Allah then brought them to life. They were a man and a boy. Jesus asked them, “Who are you?” The man said, “O spirit of Allah, in the World I was afflicted by loving this boy and out of sexual excitement, I sodomized him. Later on when we died, we alternatively burned one another. This is Our torture until the Day of Judgement.”
We seek Allah’s refuge from His torture and ask His pardon, and for well-being and guidance to What He loves and pleases. Sodomy is also approaching a woman from the anus. This act is prohibited by Allah, the Almighty and His Messenger (pbuh). Allah, the Almighty says,
{Your wives are as a tilth unto you so approach your tilth when or how ye will but do some good act for your souls be fore hand and fear Allah, and know that ye are to meet Him (in the Hereafter) and give (these) good tidings to those who believe.}
(AI-Baqarah: 223)
A husband can make vaginal intercourse with his wife regardless of the posture he takes (whether it be from the front or back). The reason for the revelation of this Ayah is that Jews said in the lifetime of the Prophet (pbuh),
“Whenever a man makes vaginal intercourse from the back, the child will be born cross-eyed. The
Companions asked the Prophet (pbuh) about that. Accordingly, Allah revealed the aforementioned Ayah to refute them.”¹ [¹Reported by Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
It was related that, “Accursed is he who approaches a woman from the anus or a fortuneteller. He who does such rejects what was revealed upon Muhammad.” Thus, he who approaches a woman from her anus or during the menstruation period is accursed and entails such severe torture as is the fortuneteller.
Many ignorant people fall into such sins because of their poor knowledge. Abu Ad-Darda’, therefore, said, “Be either a scholar, a disciple, a listener or one who loves knowledge otherwise you will perish.”
Therefore, we should repent to Allah for all our sins and faults, ask His pardon of our past ignorance, and soundness in what remains of our life span. O Allah! Grant us health and pardon in this world and the next.You are the Most Merciful.
