08. TABI’IN [2nd Generation of Muslims after Prophet (ﷺ) ]
The Taba’in is an Arabic word which means “Followers” They are referred as 2nd generation of Muslims after Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم and his companions(R),who got the knowledge of Islam from Sahaba, the companions of Prophet (May Allah be pleased with Them).They were the best generations on Earth after the companions of Prophet Muhammad(S).
Condition of Taba’in
Tabi‘in as a Muslim who:
Saw at least one of the Companions of Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم in the state of belief.
Was rightly guided, one who adheres to the beliefs and actions of the Ahlus Sunnah wal-Jama’ah.
And the one who died in that state of belief.
