✯ Aqeedah [Creed]
Aqeedah: The Creed : is an infinitive, “i”taqada such-and-such” is used when the persons adopt that thing as a creed. As for the word, Al-‘aqeedah, it refers to what a person holds in his mind such that he would say: “I beleive such-and-such “, meaning: I conceive of it in the mind and heart.” It is derived etimoligically from: aqada al habl.
